I appreciate all the pointers I thought about posting a pic after work out but I wanted to post an honest (cold) early I know it's not flattering but I just wanted to post an early pic with no flexing, no pump, nothing. I didnt want to give any false impressions.
Damn bro im sorry but you don't even look like you lift!! Get off the juice hit the weights hard for a year with lots of protein and cardio then post a pic!!

I was thinking the same thing but didn't want to say anything.. Serious training and diet issues. But to each is their own.. Good luck with the AAS, they are NOT magical transformation products..

Thanks for the input, I do plan on doing what I can to clean up my diet. As far as cardio goes, its purely a discipline issue. I just need to buckle down and do it. I say often that I dont have time, but I know can make the time for it.
AnonWhy bump up the test bro? You should be bumping up the EQ and really dialing in your diet.
I got into an accident awhile back and it really set me back. Weighed 215 at about 18% bodyfat. After the accident, I watched all my hard work and effort go into the toilet. Many of you are right. I could def. clean up my diet. Yes, I love cheeseburgers, but I dont drink. I travel as part of my work, so I cant really eat nearly as clean as I would like. Although, there are a few things I could do that I dont, so point taken. But Im not one of those people who never worked out and thinks they can just juice up and magically transform their body. This is just part, and I emphasize PART of a 4-5 month transformation that is under way.
