Anadrol is used as a kicker at the beginning of a cycle. Expect good strength gains. Maybe a little bit of water retention. Don't run longer than 4 weeks. I say start with 50mg ED for the first week them bump up to 100mg ED for the next 3 weeks
Anavar is used at the end of a cycle. Say like the last 6-8 weeks. Say at a doasage of 50-75mg ED. But the dosage depends on person goals and experience. Expect some strength gains and vascularity. The lower your body fat the better your results will on this compound.
