First pin yesterday aaaannnnd....

Holy shit ouch. Ran a test only cycle years back. Don't remember it being nearly this sore. Took 600mg in my right cheek for a front load. For Thursdays 600mg, think it would be less sore if I were to do 300 in each delt? I have a BJJ class Thursday night. Is that a bad idea?

Got my technique down a bit. Deltas and glutes are a piece o cake right now. Thing is, Sunday pinned my tricep and it's a bit swollen and has a big rash circle around it now. Pretty big. Should I be worried?
Probably not. Small muscle. Keep an eye on it incase of an infection but the "rash" if it is also slightly discolored (like a faded bruise) can be the oil subQ (caused by too much oil, not going deep enough, or missing the muscle).
Stick with bigger muscle groups -try the quads.
A lot of gear for a Virgin muscle lol. It will get less and less as time goes on. Mine hurt after a day then went away my first pin. Now can pin 2ml test e 250 and 1.5 test p same pin no prob. Wouldn't suggest that though lol. Happy growing bro
What size pins are you using? If running a 25g you should barely feel it. (until a day or two later).
25g but doing a double dose front load and I squeezed the hell out of the plunger (i now know to take my time more
class isnt till late at night. if i pin at say, 10pm would it keep me up at all?
usually the pip will show up a couple of days later so you really shouldn't have any pip if you pin that day unless your pinning technique is off.
May have pinned a little high in my butt. Pinned early afternoon yesterday and it was tender slightly at night and def this morning when I woke up. Did legs earlier today and it feel a lot better
maybe pin after you bjj class....your gonna be on your ass im guessing. and your delts will be alot more sore than your glutes, the glutes and absorb alot more oil, they are bigger muscles
I read somewhere on these boards that a high concentration like this could cause soreness and to break it up 300 and 300 split between a few days.
It will get better. My very first pins were a bitch with pip but by the 3rd week I wouldn't even remember where I pinned because there was no pip whatsoever. It is good to get used to rotating sites for when you have to pin more than 2x week. Just be prepared that if you do it in both shoulders you may not be able to lift both of your arms.
I'd stick with my left cheek for that, or if you really want, do 300 in each quad.. I'd feel more comfortable doing that to be honest! And yes that first pin is killer haha.
