+ 22 Was just looking through some pics and thought I would share a little before and after eroids time line!!

This is me about 2 years ago in Fl on vaca and the second is me today after a little tan by the pool. Now I don't have my shirt off in the first one, THANK GOD, but I think you can see some progress I've made from learning from everyone on this site. At 40 I know I'll never be on stage or anything like that, but I am thankful for what I learned and look forward to trying to get better everyday, Thanks EROIDS Smile

my son used to be 330 lbs. he's 6'4 but that was still big...now he's about 245 and is seriously starting to lift...im gonna have him come home just so i could show him yr transformation...i really hope yr very proud of yourself
