How long does it take for aromasin to effect estradiol levels

I have read through this folder and haven't seen anything that indicates how long it takes to see the effects of adding aromasin (in this case to my trt). I recently had some lab work done and it showed estradiol at 81; I want to bring this down to 20-25. Will one week do it?

After two days, I have already noticed decreased water retention. I used to notice a ring around my calves where the elastic from my socks would leave an indentation. Today, not at all. Good sign.
i run aro as my ai and in PCT. if i run it as an ai. if i get puffy or hard nips, and hit the aro i see the effects the same day in reducing the puffiness and itll get rid of hard sensitive nips within hours
Exemestane reaches steady blood plasma levels after a week of administration and this is also when we see it begin its maximal effect on reducing circulating estrogen levels. It also has a ½ life of 27 hours so taking it once per day is going to build up blood plasma levels to a very effective level, but at what dose? I think a normal dose is 25mg. Taking 12.5 may take a bit longer for blood plasma levels to reach steady levels of the drug.
Thanks. I have labwork schedule in 7 days. I am starting 25mg ed for the week, and we'll see next week where things are at. (One of the joys of the private lab I use is next morning results.) I will adjust accordingly and retest it the following week. I want to go into cycle with everything in limits.
Normal dose for women in clinical trials, I should add (regarding the 25mg), so at 12.5 I'm not sure how much longer it would take.
