My rear delts are finally starting to catch up with my front delts. And my triceps are poppin more. My strength is up a ton and Im feeling great. Hope your on your A game Strongman!

Miralax saved my life. Before my hernia operation I didnt shit for 14 days(no exaggerating) took some miralax for like 1 day and a half and boom helped some of that "shit" squeeze through my clamped intestines ;)

na when i got my hernia i let it go for about 3 months or so waiting to get on insurance and it ended up getting pretty bad while i was waiting. I literally could grab a handful of intestines that were hanging out of my abdomen(waistline right above my pride :)) and with the work i did i was always straining and the hole kept getting bigger so eventually my intestines got all twisted and clamped and caused a lot of pain. on top of that inguinal hernias make your nuts feel like your getting kicked repeatedly down there(lots of pressure)
I'm in pain just thinking about it ! I have had a few hernias . I have one now but its not that type . I'm going to have an operation on it but that's a few months out
