The Clen is gonna eat muscle the same as Fat dependent on your diet and exercise. The winny is not gonna add a bunch of size either its design is for slight lean mass gains while hardening. its more of a finisher once you get close to where you wanna be. Too much winny can be harsh on joints also.

It looks like you were trying to cut perhaps with the Var\Winny\Clen. The halo will give you small lean mass gains but I have used it for strength. You probably would have been better off just buying more Var and running it at 50mg, working hard and eating smart.
The only reason I asked if female is 10mg of these compounds is more of a females dose.
Did you try the GP Halo? If you did could I FR/PM u? Lookin' to get new PRs.
I haven't used the GP Halo but have used another brand recently to break all my big 3 lift PRs.

I have the Primo 200. Third week of using it. I did a review on the other forum. So far there is no soreness if you cut it with another oil. A little bit of soreness if you shoot by itself. Though nothing unbearable. (to me.)
