Hard boiled eggs spices?

ad

Sorry if this has been asked before but I could not find anything. I am wondering what you all use as a sodium alterative spices? What do you put on your eggs? I did see a post from EmeraldLaoch to bake them that was very helpful thanks.

So I get my eggs from a farm and the guy said hey you want a few goose eggs? I said sure. Him I don't know why no one wants them.
Well I looked them up they have 4 and a half times the recommended daily value of cholesterol in one egg!

Mrs Dash for almost everything (I use regular salt for cooking, say grilling a steak), because I really try to watch sodium due to a heart attack a few years ago at a young age. The heart attack is my motivation for this lifestyle.

It's the fat boy in me but I cover my hard boiled eggs in butter and sugar after i peel them lol. On a good day I eat 1.5 dozen a day and even if scrambled wet buttery sugary eggs are bitchin.

I don't restrict sodium like a lot of guys here do, but a bit of water with your sodium riched foods seems to flush out any bloat that might come from it. At the end of the day it's just sodium.

Cheyanne pepper or Tabasco sauce. Both have been shown to increase metabolic levels as well. You could also pop the yolk out and mix it up with a little pickle relish or mustard. Then fill the egg white with the mixture. I do that stuff all the time. I love eggs.
