Tips for PCT blues?

First cycle, have about one more week of pinning then two weeks off till i start my PCT, Never experienced PCT before so I am wondering if you guys have any tips to help with the PCT blues, I will actually be on Vacation during my time off of pinning and I start PCT the day I come back from vacation, I know I will be depressed just from returning from paradise not to mention that day I start PCT...Any help for a first time?! THANKS

Dont dwell onhe fact that you might lose a little weight/strength, if you keep thinking about it, it just makes it worse. Keep your diet on point, kill it at the gym and get some extra rest if you can. Think of pct as a cycle in itself. You'll be fine bro.

Going through this myself at the moment and people have suggested some peptides during pct. Igf. It is definitely a mind fuck so you have to try to stay on top of it. I have good days and bad days. My strength and weight have remained close to the same so physically it's been easier than mentally for me.

Keep busy, accept that you will be off cycle for a few months and honestly something that's helped me is buying more gear and research for my second cycle lol. It's hard to go from feeling like superman with the sex drive of Ron Jeremy to a normal old man that I am. Lol. But like everyone says, you just power through it. It's temporary and if you give in to it, you will have wasted your cycle.
