Starving all the time..

ad

Just looking for some advice or maybe ideas. I've been trying to eat clean and strict with the goal of leaning out for a while now. I'm def noticing changes in my body, which is great, but recently it seems I am hungry constantly. I could eat a full meal, feel satisfied and 20-30 min later starvin again. Here's an example of my diet which is basically low carb with some carb cycling on lifting days. Any suggestions to help me feel more Satisfied without adding back carbs or increasing calories to much.
All meals are 2-3 hours apart max
Meal 1- 1/2 cup oats .. 3 scoops whey or 10 egg whites.
Meal 2 - 12 egg whites
Meal 3 - 10-12 oz chick breast or ground turkey with lots if Green veggie
Meal 4 - 2 scoops whey and veggie (if im at work) otherwise repeat meal 3
Meal 5 - repeat meal 3
Meal 6 - 12 egg whites
My stats are posted on profile .
Thanks in advance!

Add in some lean red meat. Trust me. That will help your body and mind tremendously.

Pickles and salad, ephedrine to suppress hunger.

Hey mate dont forget about salads. They can provide needed fibre and fill a bit more. as well as that they are a negative calorie food. You can eat that shit all day mate. Also at night some diet jelly is ok as well. The main problem is that you will be up at night going to the toilet

also - i ditched the 6+ meal thing 4 or 5 years ago, that shit makes you hungry like clock work.

It's one thing if you are trying to build mass and physically cannot eat everything in 3 sittings, but when trying to lean out, you never get satisfied at any one of those meals.

Increased meal frequency as a way to increase metabolism is a myth that's been debunked in the past several years.

I get you man - for me to lean out, I get to hardly eat anything unless I'm doing shit-tons of gpp work on top of eating really clean.

The older I get, the less time I physically have to spend doing a lot of cardio (not that I want to do a lot even if I have time) - so I rely on doing one (or a combination) of the following:

  1. Drink a large glass of ice water
  2. Brush my teeth
  3. Take a 10g dose of Glutamine
  4. Snack on cucumber slices

if all else fails - I turn to appetite suppressants.
