Lol that being said "aesthetically" pleasing could mean monsterously huge or rail thin but shredded depending on the eye of the beholder. I personally think aesthetics in body would best be represented by a non bodybuilder named Rich Fronning. He is the worlds fittest man and can do amazing things with his body. He is both powerful and strong which is a rare quality in our community. I would like to achieve his physique at least once in my lifetime! If you google him be sure and watch some of his stuff in the reebok open. It will sway your opinion to watch what the human body is capable of.

im going for the freaky monster look for a little than im goingto lean out for the god look. seriously this is my plan. i want to be upwards of 240-260 for a little while than im im going to shoot for going back to a super lean 185-200 and stay there. its something ive planned for a while.

I left legs out.. I def work them a lot but I'm not a big fan of quads just hanging out like tumors after a certain point.. especially since it's a bitch to get normal pants on
AnonI couldn't agree more I work legs but so not lift heavy weight at all ! Even though lifting lower weight with high reps actually ca make legs grow lol I haven't had issues yet ! I don't want huge quads its just not for me !
