I'm considering getting surgery to remove the glandular tissue from my chest? I've heard guys stating that they have had letrozol remove their glandular tissue, I find this hard to believe, as there is no known scientific cure for this condition.
So I've been looking at a clinic in Poland which costs £1400 to remove the lumps. In the uk it costs £3000 and upwards.
Poland is now part of the eu so it will have to follow their strict guidelines for surgeons and clinics, plus the surgeon carrying out the procedure is a member of the uk surgeons list?
Views would be greatly appreciated

Your right hoggie. the wound has to be cauterised aswell! Liposuction is only needed if the patient has a lot of body fat, if I diet down and get my body fat low enough all that will be present under the skin is glandular tissue and there is no need for lipo. Dr Blau is an American surgeon he is well known for operating on body builders, he has a few videos on YouTube and the results are amazing
the thing is, it's not just a simple as a lump under the nipple. It is glandular tissue that actually attaches to an area around the armpit. In order to completely remove it, ALOT of tissue needs to be taken out, as well as liposuction of the area.
It's not a simple as removing a lump. The doc has got to know what they are doing .
That's a bit extreme just cutting it out in the office if you ask me, I wouldn't let a gp touch me with a scalpel!
AnonIt isn't as big of a deal as its made out to be if you have the right doctor who has skills. I was given a local and then it was cut out and stitched up.

AnonFreaking general practitioners are pussies now. They are afraid they might get blood on them. Back in the 80s I had a lump cut out and it cost about $250 and it was done right in the doctors office. All doctors want to do anymore is write freaking prescriptions.
I have tried numerous times w/ high dosage letro to get rid of my gyno. It DOES NOT WORK.
The letro will shrink the gyno to much less noticable size, but will NOT get rid of the tough harder tissue. It will always come back after you stop letro and use test again.
For the people that say it completely removed their gyno... they did not have real gyno, just fatty tissue under the nipple. Real gyno is a hard, tough mass that once develops, will ONLY go away w/ surgery.

BTW.... I was using up to 2.5mg 2 TIMES A DAY at one point for a few months. I've tried 2.5mg/day for up to 4mths.... still have the hard tissue under the nips. They did shrink, but never went away. All of the fatty tissue that I had was gone, I was completely shredded, but the hard lump was still there and still is.
I just deal w/ it now. I use aromasin while on blast and it keeps it from getting too big or noticeable. I don't think I will ever go for the surgery as it's expensive and my gyno is not all that bad (size of a nickel on one side and a dime on the other). It's never been noticed by anyone other than myself or if I point it out and have someone feel it w/ their hand.
Yeah I know what you mean people get confused with what is actually fat tissue and what is actually glandular tissue. My body fat is never above 15% and there is a small amount of fat tissue that binds to the glandular tissue, when I diet the fat tissue around the gyno is the last to go and I'm always left with a hard lump, long term surgery is the way forward, £1400 is nothing to get it removed. Barely anybody can notice it unless I point it out but I notice when I wear a t shirt because of it my nipples are really visible through the t shirt and it really pisses me off
Ive had my gyno for 4 years now too bro, its significant. Check out my pictures. Ive had it since puberty, and made it worse doing prohormones like an arse without pct.
Ive been on a low test cruise for the last 2 weeks, blasting letro at 1.25mg ED in the evening. Ive noticed my nips getting smaller.
Im cruising right now, getting ready to blast on a mast / test cut cycle. I did alot of reading on masteron, and it was originally developed for breast cancer, and some people have had success using it to break up breast tissue related to gyno. So im gonna give it a shot. FR me and ill keep you updated!
I would do everything possible before surgery...i dont like getting cut open by docs, they cut me up for my knees and im even more fucked up now.
Scientifically speaking gyno is a breast tissue buildup. Techincally any tissue can be broken down if you starve your body of the right hormones. Epistane nolva and metro together cured mine. Look at before and after breast cancer pictures when the females were prescribed nolva.
Sorry bro for my ignorance but I can't figure out what is metro, the compound u used with epistane and nolva. What dosages did you run and for how long?? How bad was you gyno and how developed?
He ment to say letro. Mate this wont get rid of the lump, it may reduce fat tissue around the area that binds to the glandular tissue but it won't shrink glandular tissue
I've had the lump for 4 years now, I doubt it will clear cure it. I've been to the doctor and he said there is no known cure to get rid of it only surgery put at the same time he isn't allowed to prescribe me a cancer drug to get rid of a lump that isn't causing me any harm.
I have puffy nipples sometimes but not from usage i had it since i was a teenager.I have used letro in past for 4 days it did help somewhat made me lose bunch of water weight but dried my joints though so i had to stop.
Have you tried letro yet? I know if you catch it early letro or even nolva can reverse it. The problem occurs when scar tissue has already built up.
I had a pea size lump under one nip and letro and nolva cleared it up fast.
I would make sure you get a good surgeon.. check out all the before and after photos of his patients.. If he screws up on taking out the gland you will be left with indentations on your nips.
To be honest I would rather have inverted nipples than bitch tits lol I'm not bothered about the scar as it will fade within a a few years. I don't think it's to big of an op and is a fairly basic operation, compared to some of the stuff these guys do.
Id rather not hire an incompetent surgeon when normal un-inverted nips are easily attainable
Inverted nipples will not affect the contour of your chest, gyno will!
It will depend on the circumference of the patients aeriola if the nipple will concave in or not, Poland is now part of the e.u and they will have to follow European standards as will the surgeons! In a few years Poland economy will have grown and we will be paying the same prices there as we do in any other European country
I did not mean surgeons in Poland were incompetent, sorry if you misunderstood.. I meant you can look at 5 surgeons in the same area and 2 might do an amazing job while the other 3 do a crappy job leaving obvious scars or indentations.. I make this point because it is your body and a simple google search of patient picts from the surgeon could help you pick who would do the best job on you.. I agree it makes sense to go ahead and get it done now before prices go up like you said.
WithdrawlX2. You need to research your surgeon and make sure he's done good work. I've heard all kinds of stories of varying success with gyno surgery. Some surgeons do a great job while some aren't very good at making the end result look natural.
