5/21 Update
The time I've spent here has been fantastic, and my loyal customers have been nothing other then a godsend. After I finish placing my emailed orders, and current orders placed, Zeus Juice will be on hiatus for about a week, to try out something fairly new, and will undoubtedly, be the next big thing around these boards. Power-Pharma, also know as Power-Trip, and Zeus-Juice will be merging as one company, to bring the excellent service, outstanding quality gear, and all around knowledge of the gear that most of you have come to learn and love about the two companies. We are very excited to get this ball rolling and see where it will take us. After many talks with Power, we've decided that merging would be our best option, as we both run very small operations, and our demand is starting to outweigh our ability to produce in a timely fashion, which is our #1 goal, to keep a 2-3 day T/A, and have every domestic purchase getting what they purchase in said allotted time frame. Very excited to hear what everyone thinks, and I'll still be here posting, replying and serving all my customers until we merge, and I'll be sure to keep everyone posted as more news develops, so stay tuned!

AnonIt's 3am can't sleep, eating oatmeal and boiled eggs. Trying to plan next cycle for straight mass. I've never done anavar but I hear it's great for strength. Any suggestions on some serious mass and strength cycles?

AnonBest exercise for triceps; skull crushers w ez bar. Chest: bench press back; any kind of row w weights. Not that resistance bullshit. biceps: isolated curls shoulders; military press. Legs; squats or lunges. Comments or opinions or ideas of any other exercise..?
safetyfirst21Depends on what your goals are real. For example skull crushers are a killer on the triceps, but also on the elbows. If you mainly want size bottom out around the hair line to hit the medial head. If you wanna at to your bench, which uses more long head, you'd wanna bottom out past the hair toward the top of the skull.
I like to do parallel row for my mid and lower lats. Deadlifts are always good. I always like strict curls for bicep help. I do a superset with side and parallel laterals after all my push press working sets
Just did skull crushers today. Another one I like for triceps is the standing overhead dumbell extension. Heavy. But I am concerned I might drop it on my head one of these days. For chest, I only do bench press with dumbells now. Regular barbell tends to strain my shoulders. What exercises do you think are best for building forearms?
AnonDef agree about the barbell straining shoulders. Hurt my rotator cuff that way. So now I just warm it up before I hit the bench.
AnonActually forearms I only do my regular back routine and my forearms grow from that.
safetyfirst21That they do. But calves also grow from leg exercises just not as much as we'd like. I like train my forearms on back day.
