Sorry to say it people. Everyone mostly younger guys say oh man i just finished my cycle and gained 20-25 lbs. You do know that probably 30 to 50 % of that is fat/water ? I would rather only gained 8-15 lbs and
know that it was mostly muscle with the exception of some water. Its not about that bulky watery look.
What are you getting from that? You got bigger? now you have alot of bodyfat, and no muscle
definition. I would rather continue to stay at a low bodyfat and gradually gain muscle mass. People
need to stop thinking you can become a pro bodybuilder overnight. It just doesnt happen, it takes
hard work, dieting, and dedication. You have to be patient and watch those gains slowly but surely
come. Most guys when they come off they are fat, thats how you know what you got out of your cycle.

all depends on your goals
i make the assumption that i will lose at least 25% of my gains when i come off cycle. so far this is my best gain kept, i believe its all in the pct, eating clean, and staying motivated during PCT to keep the gains
bighulk3012I agree. Pct is the most important time . You have to keep your diet is check, and drop the intensity a little bit in the gym
True but alot of the ignorance comes from not understanding AAS to begin with. People (even guys who start and have been doing research) believe that the little oil you're injecting or pill you're swallowing will actually just start layering muscle on you lol I know I did at first but you then eventually realize it simply creates an anabolic environment in your body which is fueled by food and sleep. I think the knowledge comes from more cycles down the road. I think everybody eventually comes to realize the cycle itself is important but not as important as the diet you're using while on and doing PCT correctly. Also guys on the internet have this belief that after your first cycle you know have "permission" to run rampant and try all the other anabolics out there at insane doses.
very true my first real test cycle helped me figure out my body a lot more, sure I lost a little weight after but it shows you what you are capable of and what you need to do. I learned how to contract my muscles a little better and my mind to muscle control. as for myself I am taking it very slow in the AAS world its not a race and no need getting hurt.
biggerthanyouI personally NEVER use bulking steroids such as nandrolone, dbol, adrol etc and I also like to keep my test doses on the low side. I find u keep most gains running compounds such as eq var primo Masteron and other such "cutting" steroids with low dose test! Then use whatever form of peptide u like best along with ur pct and BOOM ur gonna keep almost all gains assuming diet/training continues to be on point
I actually lost a lot of fat cutting on nandrolone. Also dbol is GREAT for a cut because it is extremely anti-catabolic.
Anadrol is known for it's ability to preserve muscle and it suppresses appetite as well. Excellent cutting compound. Keep in mind it is prescribed for people with muscle wasting diseases.
I have kept most of my dianabol and nandrolone gains I don't get too much water retention when dieting properly. you can "cut" with any steroids.
bighulk3012I agree with dbol as long as your diet is on point. Dbol is really strong and excellent strength increase as well as anti catabolic

You absolutely right brother. I am almost done with my second cycle of 14 weeks Test E with Prop kicker and taper, and have gained only 13lbs in total. Much happier than my first cycle where I gained 23lbs.
bighulk3012Yes sir. I gained 25 on my first cycle ever I thought it was great my recent was around 12 to 15 it feels more clean and a better gain.

RustyhookerBingo!! Daily reads on "i gained 20 and dropped 5 in one week!!!" Some of my best cycles the scale barely moved up but i finished looking nice. Added mass...dropped fat. Ka-chow!
