**Sigh*** here we go again with another one of these threads...

I'm going to sum it up as nicely as possible without trying to come off like a dick. There is no set standard amount of anything that anyone uses, period, end of story. Do pro BB's use drugs? Yes, obviously. Do some use copious amounts? Absolutely.

It's an unavoidable question that is always asked. What it always comes off as is an excuse though. Johnny gymrat takes XYZ compound in set amount but doesn't look like Ronnie Coleman. In the mind of Johnny gymrat, clearly Ronnie Coleman is completely reliant on drugs and in massive quantities to obtain his physique. Diet, training, rest, genetics are not even taken into consideration, it's just the drugs.

Here's the deal; some guys just don't want to accept the fact that they don't have the genetics to do well in BB. To compensate, they over drug themselves. These are the guys that are 24 yet look like they are 40 in the face. They crash and burn quickly, have short careers, health problems and fall off the face of the Earth as far as Bodybuilding is concerned.

Then you have guys who have longevity. They've been doing this 15+ years at a high level. Still have a healthy look and are in good health altogether. They use the drugs supplemental to the lifestyle. The drugs are the icing on the cake to get them there, but everything else was already in place and is higher priority...Genetics, Training, Diet, rest.

So while some cycles are absurd, others not so much. It's a given that most pros cruise on T year round, but to say they all cruise at 2grams a week is ridiculous. If drugs were all that mattered in acheiving that look, then anyone with a few extra dollars to blow would be stepping on the Olympia stage.

In an economics there is a concept of diminishing marginal returns. This applies to gear as well. The positive effects don't continue to rise with the dose. After a certain amount you get less muscle building sides via nitrogen retention etc, and experience more negatives. Each individuals genetics determine their tolerance level and receptiveness to gear.

BTW: as a testament to genetics playing a role over drugs, every single Mr. Olympia winner is still alive with the exception of Sergio Olivia who died at the age of 71 years old.

I have many pro cycles in my head!

why?!? because they tell me them!

I will not disclose who or what exactly!

But they use everything and all year long!

Upwards of 2-3000 of test alone; often 1500mg CYP, 1500mg Enanthate, 1500mg Sust

With lots of Tren and lots of Deca (at separate times)

Lots of contest prep: mast, winny, oxandrolone!

Lots of Insulin and GH

Lots of T3 and Clen

lots of diuretics and many many more drugs!

You would not believe it actually!
