Feck Da' Police
The City I live in has the best police officers I have ever seen compared to the redneck hillbilly policemen in small town USA, where I grew up. The police in my city have to go to an academy and when they come out a good portion of them are pretty good guys. Some of them work out at my gym and they know its a juice gym
I know there has been several posts about the Police are no good and just out to cause people problems but lets talk about the good things they do also. These assholes that bombed the marathon were caught by the FBI and other Law Enforcement Agencies.
Our problems aren't with the police they are with the stupid law makers. Our politicians are nothing more than lazy lawyers. When I see them speak on the television I cant help but wonder how in the feck they graduated law school. We have retards that don't have a clue about life making rules for how the rest of us should live. Excuse my language but they are just down right "goddamn" retarded.
Then we have these retarded bastards that blatantly and openly steal from the sick, the old and the poor and we as a society have become desensitized to this crime and do nothing.

I would really like to smoke some opium just one time before I die, is that too much to ask? I don't think so but some retarded fecker has decided whats best for me. Voting isn't going to change this country. We are going to have to form a peaceful Union that is as strong in numbers as the NRA or the NAACP and take this country back. We are going to have to get past the illusion of religion, dems & repubs. Unfortunately we will never see it happen in our life time because we still haven't bred out the retard genetics.

This city is so big with gangs, murders, etc. they don't have time to mess with small potatoes. You must live in a small town?

breakingfaceBTW- just think about how many crappy people we've worked with over the years. I believe that 20 percent of employees over preform, 20 percent under preform, and 60 percent skate by with the bare minimum. Police dept. are no different.

breakingfaceMy faith was redeemed in police years ago. I was riding dirty ( rx pills) on my sport bike through town one afternoon when I was pulled over. High as a kite I started to try to reach into my pockets while simultaneously stopping the bike and complying. The cop quickly stopped me verbally. He told me he wasnt even going to ask what was in my pockets, but I needed to pay attention to the stop signs in parking lots.
Call it what you will, but I think the cop could tell how desperate I was in and how life changing a pile of drug charges are. Its the difference between " wow thank god i got away with that" and " Holy shit now i have a record to bring to all my first interviews".
AnonIve got a few friends that are cops, just like any group there are cool ones and not so cool ones. As a whole though I find most of them give back what they get from you. Give respect and courtesy , get respect and courtesy.

AnonI used to feel that way, but not so much any more , 18 just seems so young to be in a bar. and speaking of things changing with time, well yeah what has changed is the 18 of forty years ago is now the 28 of today. People are finishing school later, getting married later, having kids later. years ago before my time at 18 you were expected to be an adult.
I know this will sound calous, but Id rather see 18 yr olds go off to war than men who have children to support. At 18 I would have been missed, but now my absence would really leave a hole in two boys lives
No way to avoid the damage war brings home with any age.. my father was 18 when he went to nam.. came back a vet filled with gun shot wounds, stab wounds, nade shrapnel, and plenty of complementary skin graphs.. He suffered the rest of his life and his passing was slow and ugly which eventually led to him being put down like a dog.. VA never paid half of what was promised of course so he died poor and crippled.. You could say he shouldn't have had a family in that condition but if we think like that we might as well get it over with early and blow our brains out when the war ends.. The issue to me isn't so much age to fight but the assholes in charge using children and men as cannon fodder.
