Porridge, how do you have it?
ad
I usually go for a bit of Splenda and banana.
Lately though I've been adding ricotta cheese, makes it proper creamy without using actual cream.

on a bulk i usually add 1 table spoon of sugar free jam really changes it up and tastes great, if your cutting make sure it fits into your macros because little things like this throughout the day all add up to your daily calorie requirement and could cause you to go over, trust me I've done it lol,
a website and app i would recommend to anyone would be " my fitness pal" after you have worked out your macros simply go to this site create an account and you be able to make your meals to fit your macros without all the worries of going through all the calculations from food labels , there data base of food is huge has everything you think of from food from any supermarket right down to every brand of supplements for example optimum gold standard whey. with all the nutrition info included .
Yes, strong Sam! Strawberry conserve 70% fruit was a favourite for a while.
AnonPorridge to me is just oatmeal right ? Or perhaps the steel cut oat version of oatmeal.
in my oatmeal I put apple sauce, walnuts and cinamon , sometimes a few yellow raisins while its cooking. Then top with a drizzle of maple syrup.
The cinamon has some kind of effect on the way the body breaks down the complex carbs of the oats, so its not only tasty but also improves what your body gets from it.
Man, this makes me think of Jamaica. Don't really see porridge here much in states. Real porridge anyway. Have been to Jamaica a few times and alwyas make sure to have cornmeal porridge with breakfast.
Bulking: Butter, raisins, Pumpkin pie spice, whole milk....
Butter & raisins? like bread and butter pudding. (Without bread) :-) I will try that.
