Yeah thanks bros. I kinda knew that in my head, just one of those things I had to hear from someone else.
Take the week off and recover. U will do more harm than good working out .
Wardi77I like to just relax for a day or two and heal up. I would not be a "tough guy" and work out with a mild back injury, with the fear of doing further damage or making the strain a lot worse. Take a few days off and heal bro, the weights will be there in the gym when you come back.
