+ 2 Your first cycle experience?

ad

I am going to be running my first test cycle very soon and I just want to get some feedback on how your first cycle went, what results you got, sides, etc. I understand everybody is different and my experience will probably differ from yours but just in general what was it like? I'm really lookin to do a strong recomp, not a full on cut. It will be 500 a week for 12 weeks like the vets suggest

Just finished my 2nd cycle and going into PCT. First cycle experience was great. People started to comment. Appetite went nuts but was lucky that I had my diet planned out and more importantly - prep'd . It makes things so much easier when, as you're getting hungry, chicken is already waiting in the fridge for you, sliced and seasoned. All u gotta do is grill it and it's ready. There are times where it would have been likely that I would have gone with shit food if it wasnt for the prep. When you're hungry, the last thing you want is to spend another 10 mins preping.

Sleep - Really discipline urself. I cut down going out to 1 night a week (friday nights) and only have a few drinks. That's it. I give up a social life for 3 months so I can eat right and sleep right. You're investing in yourself.

And be patient. You WILL look bigger and grow. It wont be instant. But if u stay disciplined, eat right workout right and sleep right, you will start hearing complements before you see it in the mirror yourself.

I would get your diet right first mate, I think it’s a bad idea to say It will be right when I’m on cycle, I'd be planning and starting your diet before you start jabbing, My gym partner made this mistake and found it hard getting in a good diet routine, he was hungrier on cycle and was just eating whatever was in front of him or easy to get.. My first cycle went well I did a lot of reading about ai and pct as that was a part I didn’t want to stuff up. my diet could have been better I know that now but, it was ok as I am a good eater all year round (fast metabolism five meals a day + snacks), I just made sure I didn’t go hungry and I tried to eat well every time I ate, not much snacking between meals I just ate more meals if that makes sense... if I had to snack it was a protein shake and fruit or egg sandwich or something. I gained about 20 pounds using 400mg/week of test E (unigen test) and I had good strength gains. The weight and strength I lost when I ended my cycle I got back within a month or two after finishing which was great, I tried to act like I was still on cycle when it finished, I just tried to keep to the same intensity and training/diet program. Something I did not expect was the sense of wellbeing I had I felt great on cycle, it kind of crashed when I got off and I then understood a little better the addiction to these substances some people get, at that point I made a plan to only use juice when I was feeling great already and in a positive mind set, I don’t ever want to rely on a substance to make me feel great! Well that’s my first cycle mate hope it helps in some way, good luck!!

Make sure you have everything planned out. Diet, workout, no vacations where you may be more inclined to slack off or worse missing a pin. A lot of people that I know cycle sometimes don't plan that far ahead and then realize they have to go out of state or something and can't bring their vials on the planes obviously so they miss pins, or slack off with training and diet. Good luck bro, you will love the gains

i kicked with 5 weeks of dbol and hadnt yet found this site to know thats not the greatest idea, and pinned 500mgs a week of test e for 10 weeks. i gained 40 lbs in that time, but cared only about 2 things - the numbers going up on the scale and my strength increasing. i didnt care about bloating from the dbol, or about the huge spike in bf % from the ridiculous amnts of food i was eatng, but after the damage was done i DEFINITLY began to care. i spent a hell of a lot of time afterwards learning how to bulk lean and clean, how to cut and drop all this bf i packed on, which i wish i wouldve done before i ever even started, and have been applying it ever since. after pct i was down about 10 lbs give or take, and started to eat clean and train hard again which got me where i wanted to be again physically (i toned down the intensity of my training when i was in pct). moral of my story - whats in the mirror is far more inportant to me now than the numbers in the scale

My first cycle would have been a lot better had I found eroids. Got my product/info from a "friend" , I got very bloated, my wallet got very unbloated , at the end of it I may have kept a lb or two , was such a waste. dah well....

im not sure how old you are but i waited till i was 34 years old before my first run, and all i can say it has changed my life completely (for the better) you have a good start with the 500 a week make sure you get the proper ai and pct to help keep sides low and to recover after your done. i gained 22lbs and strength has improved greatly and most importantly is to make sure you have a good woman to take care of that extra desire because you will want it morning noon and night. this site has lots of good info take advantage of it!!

I added 20 lbs of LBM, dropped three percent body fat, felt great. Estrogen was kept in check and confirmed with bloods. Learned a lot, really enjoyed it. I owe my first cycle to Eroids. I'm sure it would have been a disaster with out it.
+1 for keeping it simple.

For the first month I was training for a marathon so I was putting on a lot of miles, I hurt my foot and for the next two months I did little to no cardio. Started lifting heavy, loved every minute of it.
