Adding another compound to wrap up cycle? advice needed

First cycle, about 4 weeks left on a 14 week Test E 500 mgs a week. gained about 14 pounds so far, however I feel like I have plateaued for weeks now, not gaining weight or size anymore. Was wondering If I could had something like Madol steroid ( pherplex) to wrap up, maybe some dbol? im going for mass and I know your first cycle should be test only so you feel how your body works, however I have gotten bloods and ive ran test frontloaded on the first week and I have felt the effects since week 2 and feel like I have gotten use to how the test and estro effect me. Any suggestions?

I agree with j pal. Your not growing because your not eating enough, Do a little cardio as well after your workout 15 minutes three times a week this will help with food absorption.
You need to constantly overloading your workouts and overloading you calorie consumption.
just increase cals bro be patient its only your first cycle you have plenty of time to run more cycles and try new compounds
TropicanaJuicei eat 3,000 calories on off days, and 4,500 calories on training days, train monday, wednesday, friday and saturday, i track everything I eat, fat is always less that 100 grams a day, carbs about 400 a day, and protein can fluctuate but is usually between 350-450, depending on whether or not im training
On your off day you grow during recovery...I would presume that his may be your problem as u get bigger. I would recommend eating higher cals on your off day bc your body will utilize the for faster muscle repair

Yup! I would average 4,500...if you start softening drop your carbs slightly till u find the sweet spot

Up your carbs now and Add some prop for 3 weeks past last enanthate pin. 14 lbs isn't bad. You're feeling of a plateau is just because your body is adapting to the elevated levels. Our bodies are programmed to adapt, so this is normal. More is not better brother

And I do carb backloading, and take in about 350 carbs a day, not counting broccoli and stuff, any more and I wake up bloated.
good complex carbs timed properly with your training/recovery will make the biggest difference. simple carbs (sugars) should only be taken post workout. they promote glycogen/fat storage too easily. when glycogen is stored, water is stored with it. if you focus on complex carbs like whole grains, beans, and oats, the slow release provided will give the body's cells a chance to assimilate the glucose for cellular function rather than storage. post workout, glycogen replenishment should be a priority for you.

TropicanaJuiceYa with carb backloading you dont take in and usuable carbs, fiborous are ok, before training, then after training for an hour or two I throw in all my carbs, simple cards, bananas, pb and J stuff like that. If you havent read carb backloading its a really good read
Nothin I would taper with besides test p. i say this bc im a fan of prepping for a cycle and knowing what you are going to run beorehand...remember as your weight goes up so do the base calories needed to sustain that weight. So now that you have gained its going to take more calories to keep gaining. If you have plateaued you are jotting hitting the macros u need imo

X2! Building muscle is like building a house, you can have 50 workers on site but if the raw materials aren't there, nothing's getting built. It may be as simple as adding a couple hundred calories. Good luck bud.
