+ 3 End of week 5 of burst cycle

this was at the end of week 5.(CURRENTLY AT WEEK 7) I was holding water during these few days from the GH. But overall im more than pleased with the results so far. I know my biceps are weak, believe me those bastards have a hard time growing for some reason. Anyway, constructive criticism welcome.

My back and legs are my best/strongest features. Thanks. As for my arms, yeah your right my left is bigger. I only write with my left hand but that's it, everything else with the right.....weird.
AnonThat's weird, I'm the same way. I write left,eat,or anything that takes precision left handed. I throw right handed. It's stronger and easier to flex as well
Ace VenturaYep, I've tried to have my shoulders and arms adjusted and massaged out, nothing happens. Must be genetics, or I don't know if I did something to it and went untreated too long. Massage is good anyway of course.

On a serious note, lookin good brother. Like PR said, A good tight squeeze up top is pivotal. I used to just throw it around and rep it out. But once I started isolating, slowing down, and squeezing full through the last rep, results started packin on.

Lion Killer +1 for the progress! When I started squeezing my curls nice and tight on a full contraction that is when my biceps finally started to grow. Until then nothing substantial.
I do just that my man, m always in control of the weight. Full squeeze and stretch at the bottom. That so badass you know what that means, so many people always ask!

WithdrawlYou sure as hell have good size on you man. Nice work. My arms were stuck at 18 inches for years and a few months ago I started doing higher reps with absolutely perfect, strict form (which we all should be doing anyway, lol). Now my arms are 18 1/4. Might be something worth trying for a month or two and see if that gets your bis to come up. Really feel the stretch and then contract as hard as you can. I feel like a pansy doing barbell curls with 75-85 lbs but then I look at the arms of people curling way more than me and I don't care, lol. Anyway, keep up the good work man!

Ace VenturaVery good advice. I do a shit ton of drop sets and pyramids. I go heavy when necessary but I feel I get more benefit from the strictly controlled reps. I mix cable movements with the free weights, my cable excercises are always very strict, full range of motion, good squeeze at the top.
