+ 2 my long calves that won't get mass to them!

High reps....heavy weight.....training more than once a week.....nothing works to make my calves pop. I mean they are shredded and vascular but I want that horse hoof.

You dont need a calf machine. you need a leg press. Never liked the CM my self.
no enough range of motion and i tend to cramp quick on them.( angle or something.)

Just load up LP machine..(or if no LP machine.) a smith machine will work.
I do like the standing calf machine..(which if you think about it.) is the same thing
as a leg press machine..Just load the thing up where you can crank out
7-10 reps..no more.. and just keep it short..less reps.. more weight.

My calves lagged forever bro so I can feel ya. For me what worked was pumping out calf raises in the shower. I'd do them One leg at a time till they burned like hell and then do them together. When you get to the top of the raise flex your calf as hard as you can trying to get as high as possible. Also don't forget to do them three ways, toes out, toes in and straight ahead. Hope it helps.

Thanks bro

Welcome brother, I think your calves are big, just need to shape them a bit. Toes in toes out really puts the V in them.

try the reverse.. low reps.. heavy-ier weight.. you may be just burning them
up with what your doing.. load up the leg press with a 1000 lb or more
and see what happens..

That's what I meant bro. I have done them every way. Heavy low and high light. Im gonna try to do super heavy leg press raises.
