Looking tighter!! That is my favorite combo. I have done it with high carbs and low carbs. Low carbs was my favorite I got super lean and vascular but I was dragging ass on energy. +2
I was doing it at the beginning in a caloric deficit andI felt sickly and inhuman. Lol now im eating enough and reaping the benefits. Thanks pank and for ur service too!
