1-10: 250mg GP Deca250 - 250mg
1-4: 40mg GP Turan per day
1-13: 0.5mg GP Anastrozole per day
Pct was clomid nolva and hcregenerate
Goals~
I really want to gain lbm and lose fat basically I would kill to come out of this cycle at 210 or 215 at 10 percent body fat. Is this a attainable goal. Diet will be very on point since ill be puttin some cash on this lol.
As a side note I have been using dnp and clen with t3 since feb to lose some fat from my cycle I got really hungry lol. Cut from 245 down to 225 so far really hope to be 210 or 205 by the time I start cycle in middle may.
Also will my gains be slow I kinda blew up on my first cycle had a lot of people notice to it lol. I kinda want slow and steady and people think o hes not cutting anymore but putting clean mass on.
Any other suggestions are always nice im open to anything!! Thanks guys!!

Chaz32621Well rusty lol, ur like my mentor at the moment haha. I have my diet down almost to every 3 hours I eat atleast 30 grams of protien and low amount of carbs cutting them out after 2pm then more protein if theres less carb calories. Since im pretty much an endomorph, I can easly put fat on, no doubt. Anyhow, I know your going to down me on this haha, but Ive been using dnp to cut weight from my last cylce to this I had started at 260 now im down to 220 at 14 percent body fat. I hope to be 210 205 by the time I start in may if all goes well and im 100 percent on my diet. Any how, what would be a good training routine to run while on this cycle. I was thinking a quick ab ciruit before hand along with body weight exercises qucik 30min like a cardio ciruit to warm up. Then work which ever body group may be you know back bics, shoulders, legs, chest tricps. My main goal is 230 at 8 percent. Ill take 225 at 8 haha. I want low bodyfat basically. So should I high rep 3x12 it or low rep it 4x8?? Thanks man for all your knowledge.
RustyhookerJust enough bike time to get blood flowing. 10mins easy. Let the meal before gym be your fuel for weights. Light cardio after IMO is better for fat burning because weights burn only carbs. Then body only has fats left for fuel. But even then 15mins mild. Unless you have a good chunk of fat to drop keep cardio low impact and in your personsl fat burn zone.
Weights....a favorite of mine is 3on...1off repeat.
Chest/back is day 1 6sets 10-12. All angles.
Legs....on legs i prefer 6-8 15full reps.
Arms/delts
Calves/abs every non leg day. Leg day i concentrate on just upper thigh.
Off
Repeat
Chest/back day can be brural but it surely will shock the system. The 6-8 sets can be just 10-12 basic reps or if feeling like it, drop sets. Between chest/back to get a breather is abs/calves. Then finish other body parts.
Legs...personally the medium high reps forces the burn in the legs and less joint stress. Should leave gym pumped n wobbley with no joint pain
Arm day sounds easy but with all the angles its a chore. Dumbell curls, hammers, cable wide curls(like flexing onstage), reverse curls. Tris narrow pushdowns, donkeys, skullcrushers and ezbar reversegrip extensions. Delts can be hit before tris if you want ti pre-exhaust them. Military press, Arnold press, upright rows, bent over flies/pec Dec reverse flies, lateral flies last just for burn....you'll be wiped out by then.

RustyhookerYessir.. Time on + pct= time off. Get bloods, if clear then go. 2 a year if theyre longer cycles. Sometimes 3 if short. Bulk in fall....work calender...plan and trim for summer. Or if you eventually try a competition, work calender to hit your goals.

Chaz32621That sounds good after im done this cycle lol, the whole eatting alot I have no problem with I found that out runing test e and deca with a tbol kickstart last winter. Boy was it sloppy massive strength and muscle gains but to much damn fat never agian deca lol...
RustyhookerYou can grow eadily on base cycles if diet is on point. Get at leadt 10cycles under your belt before tren. Use tren when your receptors and growth just arent hitting it properly.

RustyhookerAdex is another ai...letro is good for emergencies if gyno develops.
Adex is .25e3d . If nips get sensitive then .25eod.
With prop kicker I'd start end of first week. Bloodtest at week 6 will let you know your estro levels for fine tuning. Readup the forums for low and high estro symptoms as well.

RustyhookerIf I'm on a cycle with an oral finisher like var then i stick with prop. Less liver stress that way. I don't really like to double dip 17aa orals on both kicker and finisher. Var is mild but i simply dont wanna push that harder than we already do. Some guys switch to tbol for last 6Weeks instead of var or Winny. If you start with an oral, I'd suggest all pins for finishers but hold of on injectable finishers til you're more advanced. Get used to how test base works then add one easy at a time as needed. Then you can eadily tell what's giving you issues. Some newbs jump right into a stack plus orals. Then when they're bliated, bad sides, hair thinning etc....which ones causing the grief? Also, when you do get to first stack, don't run both liquids in same pin til you know you're not allergic to one or the other. Say you mic test/eq from two labels in same pin, which irritates, swells etc. After you see each causes no issues, the feel free to blend. Take notes of whst oils, solvents, and carriers give grief. Some love eo made gear while it hurts to others. Or one oil that makes you itch...beware then of anaphalactic reaction. Keep benedry nearby for those issues. Keep extras of exerything by at least 1 bottle. They do slip/break then its buy and rush. At lil $50 bottle plus the minimum just got real. Lol. Scan the forums as you can for each area cycles, pct, ai etc. So much to learn.

Ill be off it april 21 and start cycle may 13 getting bloodwork done may 6th. Hence why im getting off dnp so I can get my t3's checked from the dnp. ive been supplementing with t3 so that should be good I hope haha. Would it be best to blast dnp for 10 days after bloodworks done try to drop a little more fat jump on cycle and off dnp and get that anabolic rebound?? Or should I just start cycle and add dnp here and there??

RustyhookerIt may seem funky but get a weekly pic of yourself in same spot...same lighting. Sometimes your body is recomping....exchanging hard muscle while burning fat so scale barely moves. Seeing the small changes is helpful. After the whole cycle your first and last pix will hit home on diet/review of cycle.

Prop/test e/var....12 week cycle. You already know its the food that points your goals. The gear simply helps maintain mass.

RustyhookerPropinate is test prop. AI is anit aromatase. Test e kick into gear about week 5 so the short acting prop gets the gains going by day 10. Then you clip the prop off at week 4 just as the test e is coming into the boom. Its all about the esters and timing. Try posting this with your stats for info. Its sweet and simple but effective. Diet is everything from bulk to cut so if you eat big..add in a lil low impact cardio to burn off the days extras.

Ai....I like aromasin but others prefer adex. Aromasin at 6.75 ed starting at end week 1. Can raise as needed if you get nipple sensitivity. Bloodwork at week 6 will help dial in your AI dosing and create a baddass cycle.

RustyhookerTheres a ton a great reads in the pct section. I use it as it guards my nipples. The aro pct was nice because I didnt get the nolva blues AND the aro kept my bloodstreams estro levels down. So theres two different and complex things going on there in that combo. Plus the aro raises IGF . Youre a young guy with lots of years ahead of ya so research fully and protect the gonads. LOL

don't run tren...... too soon tren is for ppl with experience who are older and have run most other compounds and cant get the same results off them so they run tren......stick to more simple coumpounds......cut up with diet and training....carb cycle loose the bf....bring it down to 12 or 10 and run the var the last weeks 8 weeks of the cycle to get cut up after loosing some more bf so the var can actually for best for you
