NIce!! Monster weight on those curls! biceps are definitely my weakest body part. I can only curl that weight for 1 strict rep but can bench 455.. ugggh. Just can't build those bi's.
yeah just keep at it. I have been doing this a long time and have ran a lot of cycles and compounds over the years lol
