So I'm sitting in the waiting room at me docs office, It's usually a long wait to get called in so I begin perusing through the bacteria and flu infested magazine pile and low and behold there's a two year old Time mag with an article on steroids. The article is the usual fodder, steroids are for losers and all juicers are devil worshipers blah blah. But what caught my attention was the fact that it mentioned that some 45% of roid users are in the gay community. I couldn't help but think to the biggest guys at the gyms where I go are open queers (not that there's anything wrong with that) -had to throw in a Sienfeld reference-, and specially if you have ever worked out in big cities like Los Angeles, NY, Chicago, Toronto. It makes sense that a lot of the juicer community be gay.
All these folk gotta get their gear from somewhere, all these folk need to find out info on how to use it safely...
With the latest debate on same sex marriage and all that, I wonder how many members of the gay community are eroids members... even the noob bashing and homophobic vets here could be in the closet you know... 
Most of these gay folk are usually in great shape and super ripped, hence the joke/expression "i wanna be built like a gay guy"
Alas, as the late great george Carlin used to say when they asked him how he felt about gays in the military: "I love gays in the military, you know why? MORE PUSSY FOR ME!"

Agreed, 45% seems like a very high number. Great to see open minded folk on this forum. Not gay myself but they seem friendly enough and ready to "spot" me at the gym

there are gay people in every community. no different from bodybuilding or what not. yes, there will be more in the major cities but even in the small towns. but in regards to the bodybuilding community - i have noticed a lot more than i did not expect to be gay but turned out to be. to each their own though. i dont judge anyone and someones choice of lifestyle is not an issue to me.

Now maybe 45% of gay men are steroid users. That makes sense since most of them are fit as hell, but I really doubt 45% of roiders are gay.
RustyhookerMany of the gays keep in great shape. And active in sports of all types. My uncle was a coach for the 49ers long ago and said you'd be surprised at how many played on the team and were the hugest as well. Regardless of whether they're gay/straight the gear/lifestyle is what we have in common. I'm a str8 dude but if i see anyone with good info to learn from, I'm all ears.

i dont know if i believe 45% of juicers are gay, but there is definatly a decent number of them, a few of the biggest leanest mofos at my gym are flaming, but Inguess that means they technically arent mofos but maybe fofos? lol ..... not bashing, I have nohing against the gay population, to each their own..... no homo.
I would imagine most of the homosexuals would desire the ambercrombie cover model physique.....that does not appeal to me.

You'd be surprised. I've seen some big and ripped gay guys before. Not just your lean male model types.
I'd be suprised either way. Most of the gay men I've encountered are overweight slobs. Must be a regional thing.
