20 yr old trying to bulk back to 190 lean muscle mass

Just a reiteration: I'm 20 yr. old, 178lbs, 5'11"
I'm doing the clomid, prami, nolva things are going good on 3rd day but I feel good I got it started.
I was 190 on cycle and lost alot of mass I kept like 15 lbs.
I want to be at 190, you can get n understanding of my body type by my picture,
I want to gain muscle mass and cut up,
What would you recommend supplement, nutrition, workout wise for someone like me
Who wants to gain muscle bulk and mass without the use of aas.

They are good for bodybuilding since it encourages the body to produce natural GH, thus promoting higher metabolism, increased muscle mass, and many other health benefits. anything that stimulates natural production of a hormone is great for someone this young. the body is still not fully matured, whether people care to acknowledge this or not. so, the goal is to tap into that and optimize it, rather than shut it down prematurely and retard the processes.
natural supplements are okay IMO for this age group. straying outside of that for exogenous hormone supplementation is not okay.
I would be interested in HGH for my case what would be the most productive way of issuing HGH. I have in the last two days completyl fixed my diet up and im in the gym going hard like when I was on cycle it just sucks to see myself shrink lol. Went from 185- 178 in matter of weeks. I would be interested in HGH and the dosing if its worth it.
no brother... no synthetic hormones until you're older. same shit different toilet... what i was referring to here is the OTC supplements that raise natty levels of either test or gh. because of your age, no synthetic horomones and absolutely NO pro-hormones. ok?

you act as if there is no down side to HGH.
i think what he means is to stimulate the production of endogenous growth hormone, rather than supplement it. personally, i think this method is okay for this age group because it only improves the positive feedback loop.

Eat big Sleep good Drink water and Workout hard. Do not trust any ad you see that makes you bigger stronger faster. Only few things I would buy at the store ISOPURE(I like the flavorless and the vanilla) and a few vitamins. I would down load Milo Sarcev Secret Of the Pros video. I think he lays out a good workout and diet.There might be better out there but I have not found it. If I was you after you do this PCT I would get a blood test. Even though you can lift a house doesn't mean you need to. Avoid maxing out. Lift smart not heavy. If you could learn that as young as you are you might avoid injury.
