NEED BEST STACK TO GET CUT AND HIGHER SEX DRIVE AT AGE 54.

HI Guys, I posted this in the wrong section so please let me post it here where the "big guns" hang out.

I am in my 8th week of a cycle of
250ml sust250 2x week. Plus 30mg dbol daily.

(CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET RIPPED?)

After 4 weeks no results so I would sometimes add in a 3rd inject. for the week and stopped the dbol. After discovering I gained 10 pounds in 5-1/2 weeks, it shows on the scale but I see no change at all except a bit of puffiness in the face. I added back the dbol for 2 more weeks and now just use maybe 50mg 2-3x a week to confuse the system and lo and behold ive gained another 5 pounds. This is my first cycle in over 20 yrs and my thyroid was low when I started so maybe thats why i cant see any cuts. But I dont see any mass either except a tiny bit in my lats and my calves got thicker but its water weight, I cant tell.

QUESTION: NOW that Im at my highest bodyweight ever of 185 for my 5'9-1/2 small boned frame, I just want to keep my weight the same and become rock hard. I was not thin or overweight to begin with so I cant figure out why I didnt get either muscle or somewhat ripped on the sust and dbol. I was planning on this cycle being 12-14 weeks total, and I have no anti- estros as I never used em back in my 20's when cycling before but I have some proviron and tren A on the way.So far, no side effects. Can someone tell me...WHAT IS THE BEST STACK TO get ripped, improve endurance and increase my sex drive as first priorities. Muscle is now secondary at this weight.

I admit I do eat well,6x a day, but I cant cut my carbs out after dinner time so other than trying to eat lower fat protein. In fact I cant figure where the 15 pounds came from since I went from just eating anytime I wanted all day to eating 6 small meals a day. I have always put an emphasis on high fiber foods like cereal and fruit in the am as I get constipated with less than 25-30 gms of fiber daily.So Ive alwasys been on fairly high carbs,but good healthy ones!

I am so disappointed that my strength or endurance or sex drive didnt improve at all from all the sust250 I got from using the roidplus brand. Could I have gotten a diluted batch? I have not been in the gym for 5 yrs previous to this but that wouldnt be the reason I didnt make any strength or endurance or recuperation time ,gains at all,right? I hear TREN A. IS 3X STRONGER THAN TESTOSTERONE AND YOU CAN GET CUT UP ON IT ON ANY KIND OF DIET AT ALL.. TRUE? I need help before I lose my desire to even train anymore which is creeping in slowly even now. Im only doing 4-6 sets per bodypart resting 20-30 seconds between sets and already i feel burned out. And yes I am trying to get my thyroid under control, but freak out on synthroid.Docs are perplexed. But I was never a good gainer on gear even in my 20's before the thyroid problem!!!!!! I also suffer from chronic fatigue and sleep 12 hrs a day so I was hoping the gear would help that. It didnt, but I do sleep a bit less. I cant seem to cut out all carbs after dinner as thats all I really want to eat after 7pm without wanting to puke. I am also on DHEA and DIM if any of you believe in natural supplements. I must be at about 20% bodyfat now, up from around 18% when I first started. Just guesswork. Funny thing is when I was 21, being 165 most of my life, if I was 185 then, id be really hot. Now I cant even tell where the weight is. Im shocked that I am making the same "no gains" on all this gear as I did 5 yrs ago being gear free.

And btw..I asked my doctor for some testosterone 20% cream for 30 days before my gear got here even though my test. is normal, and it did nothing. So I was actually on a 4 week "pre-cycle" before I even started and saw no gains or increased sex drive from that either. I hear 20% is pretty strong creme! Help! I have plenty of sust left for another cycle, and maybe 70 ten mg dbol tabs left and have tren A coming in about another 7 days I hope. What should I do? And yes, I know that the 20 tabs of proviron wont probably be enough so i will break them in half and order some nolva and more proviron as backup. I just want my sex drive.endurance and vascularity to improve. Muscle gain is now second for this cycle being Im at my highest bodyweight ever.

Not saying your not intelligent but if you Read his post in detail you should see that he needs serious guidance from a nutritionist and or doctor. Cereal, fruits, and milk right before bed will will do nothing and I mean nothing but make you gain bodyfat. And u have to take into consideration about posted "studies". 1/3 of the population is clinically obese. You can make a control group lose weight millions of different ways when that's the type if people you start with. The best way to lose weight m keep it off is a high protein diet. Eating protein at every meal completely invalidates the glycemic index. See if you eat that fruit by itself or any starcy carb your insulin spikes dramatically. But eating that carb with a lean protein dramatically reduces that spike and keeps blood glucose levels more stable. Which In turn keeps u on a fat burning mode I instead of a fat storing mode. Eating cereal which is loaded with sugar, fruit which has sugar, and milk which has sugar is nothing but an insulin overload at the worst time if day. The only time u want an insulin overload is post-workout following an intense workout. So if getting and staying lean is your number one goal, then you need to consume protein t every meal. Add carbs in before and after workouts.

Is this a joke???? Sust250 and dbol and you wonder why you are bloated. You're eating cereal and fruit and milk before bed and you wonder why you can't lose body fat???? You also are in thyroid medicine??? If this is not a joke then you need to go to the doctor and talk to a legit nutritionist and do what he says, even if you don't want to. There is no magicall steroid that can replace a good diet

Your all wrong here buddy and when it's that way all you can say is NOT READY FOR STERIODS AT ALL! That why you haven't gained on two very powerful mass builders dianabol and SUST , but yet you reach for yet another steroid to do it for you, Tren! Not the proper approach bro,

You need to put some cardio in the mix to burn the fat off. If you are fatigued just do some low impact stuff. Hop on the treadmill or bike after your workout for 30 min and get a little sweat going. 4-6 sets with 20 sec rest between sets isn't going to cut it for building muscle. I just posted my workout routine which if done with a proper diet and rest should easily put on muscle. It is a pretty standard workout but it works.

It seems like you have alot of compounds you are trying or want to try. I would especially stay away from the tren a. That could really mess you up. I wouldn't touch that stuff until you are in much better shape and more experienced with proper diet, training, and other types of AAS. You need to get that diet dialed in and put some quality time in the gym before you start taking any more AAS. Then they can work their magic. If you are out of shape going into a cycle you will still be out of shape and disappointed at the end of it.

Dude if your thyroid levels are f'ed up then gains will be much more difficult. If you are taking synthroid for a chronic condition I'm guessing you have hypo-thyrodism. T4 and T3 levels are essential to proper metabolism, muscle growth, fat retention, digestion, rna expression, etc etc... Anyway you need to see another endo. If synthroid is making you flip shit then your levels aren't properly calculated. Supplementing T4 or T3 to bring you to you natural levels will have no side-effects if the levels are properly done. Go get a second opinion. Get your thyroid levels sorted, and then start fresh.

Yea if his levels are naturally messed up it's just as bad as someone dosing themselves improperly with T3/T4. I have a EX gf who was Hypo if she forgets to take her medicine she is lazy as hell, but when she takes it everyone morning on an empty stomach she's perfectly fine. Hypo or hyper is dangerous he needs his levels sorted. I'm surprised he doesn't have goiters around his neck from his hypo if he hasn't been taking his medicine.

My diet is just eating what I want 6x a day which is usually a big bowl of all bran cereal with a ton of blue or strawberries. I need the fiber. then I will have a second breakfast of tuna out of the can. Sometimes I reverse it and eat the tuna first.

For lunch I will have 1 or 2 lean porkchops depending on hunger with steamed broccoli , and/or low sodium canned beans

Then maybe another portion of some kind of fish with 2 slices of toasted 100% organic sprouted bread with a bit of butter or olive oil.

my dinner will be eirther another 6 ounces of fish oir perhaps a 6oz burger on a bun with more beans or maybe a salad.

then my last meal might be a protein drinkk with berrys and water. and in between all this i will eat an apple or 2 and maybe a handful of cashews and a small candybar during the day.

Some days I will do 2 or 3 egg omlettes instead of the fish or chicken burgers instead of the chops.

Ive tried going low carbs(under 100 gms a day) but I always feel low energy and hungry all day and night.

If im still hungry after all that I may even have a small bowl of cereal with fruit and low fat milk before bed with a couple of slices of turkey. Im 5'9 185 lbs with a 33-34 inch waist and i havent meaured the rest since my gear days of my 20's. Im about average size and wight for my height. But most people would barely tell except for my pecs that I lift at all!!!! And it was the same way at 165 punds ,30 years earlier and 20 pounds lighter.

I dont pump well and my muscles is burned out after 5 or 6 sewts at most. I am worried that at 54, this is the first time back in the gym where there are no strength gains. and on 5 or 6 sets per muscle group, thats not overtraining! Something sis wrong im sure. But lets get me looking good anyway. I wont quit.

Cant argue with anything you said, Danko. Thanks. My only beef is that when I try to limit my animal proteins to fish, eggs(egg white omlets now that im in my 50's) and chicken(I hate turkey), Im always hungry 90 min later. And then,trying to eat healthy, I eat whole grain ....something. Usually organic ezekiel sprouted bread or beans. And I notice anything starchy goes right to my gut. I feel the fat instinctively as it must be warer retention caused by starch. I dont get this from huge amounts of fruits or even juices or milk. And nowEVERYONE i talk to is telling me I shopuld try a no gluten diet. I gain 10 lbs of fat immediately doing that and with no whole grains I cant crap anyway. Something Im guessing is not digesting right in my diet as good whole graisn add up to smoothness and sugar fluctuations and proteins alone just get me constipated.

Humans are hardy people. We didnt have a food pyramid chart back in our early days and Ive even tried food combining diets too. They dont work because im too hungry to stick to them. In the end, if I dont eat my needed close to 3000 calories it doesnt matter what I do, i dont gain much or lose much. And gree veggies I eat once per day.More than that I want to barf. So some good foods I eat only in moderation.

I do like the avocados though. Nuts make my skin oily and get me constipated. I actually was on a 50-60% fruit/veggie doet before I even started pumping Iron again so my body is not processing the food right and it seems only interested in calories. The best Ive ever felt and leanest according to my diaries are eating sandwiches with lots of veggies on it. In other words a chicken burger or regular burger with a mini-salad on top and yes...I often have a white bread bun. Sue me. Ive tried 100% whole wheat and it doesnt help control my hunger. Fat and protein does. The fact that I have a low thryroid Im sure is skewing the results. And yes, I eat a whole box of berries every day!

I do admit I do not watch my sodium intake at all. Could all the smooth weight gain from the gear be from that? It didnt put weight on me when I was natural and didnt even train! Jesus is my body weird.

oh yeah...previous cycles were always either test enanthate and 20mg day of dbol or 1cc of deca durobolin and 1cc of enanthate per week. Tried anavar and winstrol with the deca to replace the dbol just as an experiment but no change in cuts or mass. The deca seemed to give me very oily skin at 1 or 2 cc per week and the sust doesnt do that at all at 5 cc a week.
