creatine & baking soda?
ad
Studies suggest taking 300 mg of baking soda per kg of bodyweight + 5-10 grams of creatine. That means about 2 Tbsp baking soda, for a two hundred pound male.
Personally, I always mixed it w/beta alanine.
Now, I'm gonna start mixing creatine hydrochloride, beta alanine, the baking soda & grapefruit juice : )

Thank you!
What is the benefit of taking baking soda? Is it supposed to buffer the blood or something?
its starting to sound like a science experiment
BirmonOne teaspoon of baking soda provides 1368mg of sodium. Two tablespoons of baking soda is 8208mg of sodium.
sgtstedankoMaybe my arithmetic is off. That does sound like a lot! I always mixed it w/beta alanine. Haven't tried it, yet this way... & Don't think that I will be, on cycle anyway. Thanks : )
BirmonThat's a lot of sodium to ingest. Too much baking soda can cause rapid and irregular heartbeat, tremors, all kinds of bad stuff. Plus I would think some bad water retention. 2 tbs is a lot.
interesting, would like to know more about this also, time to google some shit!
