This was taken two days ago and it has changed since then. My diet at this point consist of horse meat, fish, and very lean steak. No whey protein, no eggs just these three sources of protein till the day of the show. I am 95% there so no need to manipulate anything but cruise to the stage.

phil113kgYep. Just about every Ville has a butchery that sells horse meat. It is more expensive than normal cow meat but higher in nutritional value.
love some tartare...actually didnt know it had higher nutritional value but thats good to know. really doesnt matter for me tho bc they dont sell it in the states.
phil113kgYeah I know. It's a taboo to sell and eat it there. It's not that very popular amongst the younger generation but the old folks tear that shit up. I can see why. Horses have a naturally higher immune system rather than the over breaded cows. Plus you are what you eat. So think of me as a Clydesdale.
