Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkI suggest two a day for a week then 3 a day for two weeks and 4 a day for a week or two. One dose with breakfast and the other dose with dinner. Probably a good idea to take essentiale forte or liv 52 along side of the sd.

Currently on this stuff, week 2 and it's already kicked in. I have always loved this stuff and no it's not a pro hormone.

AnonNice, still got some from when u could buy it legally. Honestly my favorite oral strength gain wise. Only one I have not tried is halo, that may be a differant story.
