How can you lower your testosterone levels for a saliva test?
ad
I won't go into all the details but, my doctor has tested my testosterone recently and it showed I'm within normal range (lower third) I believe I have achieved that with a very good diet and strict exercise. I believe my real number is much lower. So my doctor asked me a few relevant questions and decided to send home a saliva test with me (I guess to compare free vs bound T). Whats the best methods to guarantee low T results? Thanks!

Take your saliva test at night instead of first thing in the morning, your results will be lower then because your test levels peak in the morning.
What makes you think your test levels are actually much lower if the lab work says theyre not? You're playing with fire by crashing your natty test intentionally. It's quite possible you'll never get them back up on their own. Also, post cycle history, age, and stats for us brother.
I totally agree.
If you are still willing to take the risk i would reccomend mesterelone.
Mesterelone competes with the testosterone for it's bound to the SHBG. If the testosterone can not dock to the SHBG it remains free in the blood stream. This effect implicates that this free testosterone gets degraded by the liver because the body recognizes the raise of free testosterone and the result of this mechanism are lower testosterone levels. Two other advantages for your purpose are

no, i guess i just want to mask it some, it's just a saliva swab. I dont want to actually lower it....that's just not smart
If you want to mask it, get your dad or some other older guy to do it for you. I'm sure there's no DNA analysis with it if it's a home kit. I could be wrong though. A womans test levels would be markedly lower so that would probably throw up a red flag.
Cool that's such an easy solution...I was overthinking it. I'll have to wait til the weekend for my drive out to the 'rents then. Pops is getting old and im sure him taking the swab for me will be fine.
Drink a bunch of booze the night before, and do your test late afternoon.
Option B: have a women do it.
breakingfaceBuy some deca and crash your natural test.
Yeah and risk never getting your natural test back up right? I'm sure that's worth it to the guy.
breakingfaceYa, I hear trt clinics are filled with guys who used 1ml of deca and never recovered.
I'm literally the only guy below the age of 40 at my hrt clinic. It's the most well known trt clinic in my tri-state area.
breakingfaceThat doesn't surprise me. Unfortunately the average price of trt from a clinic would exclude most younger guys in need.
That's not my point. Are you an endocrinologist? Do you know the parameters at which point there is no recovery for this individual? Do you know any of his cycle history or other health history in general? 1ml likely wouldn't do much, but how do you know? I think I'd feel like a dick giving out advice like that without having a clue who I'm giving it to.
sorry is this isnt the best place to ask...first post
