critique my diet
My current diet is around 4200 calories, I usually add 200 about every 1 1/2 weeks.
training day
wake up: 32 grams whey, glutamine, BCAA's, multivitamin
meal 1: 1 cup egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 banana or 3/4 cup blueberries
meal 2: 8oz chicken, 1 cup white jasmine rice, 2 tbs bbq sauce
PWO SHAKE : 50 grams protein, 70 grams nesquick, 10 grams BCAA & glutamine, 5 gram creatine
meals 3: 8oz chicken, 1 1/4 cup white jasmine rice, 2 tbs bbq sauce
meal 4: 7oz lean ground beef or "eye of round" steak, 9 oz baked potato, 2 tbs bbq sauce
meals 5: 7 oz lean ground turkey, 3/4 cup brown rice, 2 tbs bbq sauce
meals 6: 80 grams casein protein powder, 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
midnight meal: 32 grams BSN lean dessert, 32 grams Pro complex
Off day (about 38-4000 calories)

meal 3: 8oz lean ground beef or "eye of round" steak, 1 cup brown rice, 2 tbs bbq sauce
meal 4: 8oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 2 tbs bbq sauce.
meal 5: 8oz lean ground turkey, 7oz sweet potato,2 tbs bbq sauce
meal 6: 1 cup egg whites, 32 grams casein powder, 1 banana, 1 cup oats
midnight meal: 32 grams BSN lean dessert, 32 grams Pro complex
(meal 6, you blend it up and cook it like a pancake....delicious!!! I got it from dorian yates himself!)

Only thing I see is IMO your body would benefit from a better pwo carb source
I know this. I used to buy vitargo, Needed a break from that tho. Im sure you can understand.
Absolutely...you could go something as simple as unflavored dextrose...just looking to get you the best muscle recovery and nutrient transport within reason
Oh my diet is pretty decent I feel, even if im not using dextrose or vitargo PWO. I went to school back at KSU nutrition. Help out alot and proper macros and the complexity of them.

thanks, much appreciated. I learned alot form all the classes I took back in college. ALOT haha. Every macro is accounted for.
There is a place for everything...my background is in bio but I'm back in school for exercise science and nutrition...it def helps bring the big picture together
