angusIt looks like you could use a little more volume in your chest, but it's hard to tell from that angle. Quads are awesome so far. +1

Thx bud, I go e3d on calves alternate between heavy low reps and lighter high reps with pauses and holds...thinkin. About going eod and just smashing them with volume

It appears that everything is coming together for you. I even think I'm seeing striation in your shoulder. From what I can tell you need to put a little more emphasis on your calves and chest thickness. Definitely bigger than I am brother! + 1 all day long

I'd get with those calves they got some catchin up to do on the quads. Chest could use more depth.
Lol funny thing is I used to be a scratch golfer ...now I don't have enough range of motion in my shoulders to swing a club...pinning 3mls eod in the quads is def making them grow. U are right my calves and chest fucking suck...need to man up and pin calves again and help them get pumped

Lol I know u dost but in stating it, they are def terrible...I still don't know about it, ill try tomorrow and report back, unfortunately tomorrow is a 3.4 ml day so each calf is gonna get 1.7....I tried once with straight prop and it hurt like a mfer

Looking good man. Im no expert, and Im sure this is all old news to you, but maybe try doing some flat bbell bench with the bar coming down low (at or below nipple level) and a wide grip, and some decline bench to get that width on the pecs. Also, I think you rear lat spread is going to be a powerful pose for you: try bringing your hand plant up an inch or two (right where your floating ribs are) and roll your knuckles up towards your face and pull your shoulders down and forward. Closing up that gap between your torso and elbows will not only make your spread wider but will make the whole pose have the effect of a more pronounced upper-body V shape. Just my two cents though! On a side note, you are going to have some raw abs when you finish your cut! That symmetry is awsome!

Try forced eccentrics with your spotter? Hellcentric sets, and 10 second positive, squeeze hands together at extension and then 10 second eccentric: do sets like these until failure with minimal rest at the bottom of the rep. When I started adding those items to my normal dumbell and barbell pyramids is when I started to grow stretch marks out from my armpits :-D not to mention adding 50 or so pounds to my flat bbell max which is helpful when you do 5x5s or 6-5-4 pyramids for mass.
Wish I had a full time spotter...every workout partner is had I lose after leg day. I've been doing volume till exhaustion and it has def helped some...guess I need to find a workout partner
What is it that nobody wants leg day? Luckily Ive got a workout partner who likes to do legs 2x a week :-D
