I hear Ya man. I can't do free weight squats cause my back :( my doc told me not to even do leg presses but I do. I'll throw up a pic soon. I def got some size.on legs. agree does look small in pic. I'm 5 9" 1/2 right around 205

well thank you sir. Its for sure is a struggle but i can't imagine one day being all muscly with no back. lol When it allows me to I smash it and when it doesn't i take it easy, go light but try to never leave it behind.
