i think its different for everyone to be honest. dependant on symptoms if any, what youre on, your size, and sensitivity. i find my dose can change from time to time. i was on 9.5mg EOD for a a few weeks and the farther i get into cycle the more i need. also i was on 12.5 ED for about 2 weeks when i had some gyno in the beginning of my cycle. read this, it may help

It depends on your body/amount of gear u running man. Google can be ur best friend to find this answer. Type "aromatase inhibitors dosage" and BOOM..... Currently using adex myself and loving it.

Truth be told, it really depends on your compounds and your body. Our e2 synthesis rates differ from one another. Test E will convert via aromatization (enzyme action). Dbol will also raise ur e2 levels.

Recommendations differ from site to site. I've read 12.5 EOD, as well as ED. My personally preference is ED to keep levels of the AI more constant thru the half lives. I find this to work best for me in terms of avoiding e2 related sides. Up to you how you do it, but to know for sure what your sweet spot is, you should confirm dose effectiveness with blood work.

Do you know where to have blood work done?

Just depends on how you have it done. I use a private lab in the US, and it cost me about $60. If you're in the US, that may be an option to you. Check out www.privatemdlabs.com
