+ 2 some motivation for the ladies!
So I have been doing AAS for years, and after I meet my girl she started to follow everything I did. She eventually started going to the gym with me all the time, eating what I ate, etc... So this drove her to want to compete in the figure area, which was GREAT! After picking my brain she asked about AAS and the female body, so of course I educated her. (I will not discuss the cycle I put her on). with solid diet and intense training that she learned from me, this is what she was able to do to her body ONLY AFTER 5 WEEKS! She started at 126 and finished at a solid 137! Some of her gains where just down right amazing! She went from 30 incline DB to 50's, Deadlifting 135 to 225!!! Squating 135 to 195, 15 DB laterals to 25's. I mean she did great stuff given a short amount of time and Im trying to talk her into creating an acct. here on eroids. (Be professional with the comments, please)

Wow! She made some great improvements. The thickness in her lats and traps are remarkably distinct from her pre-pics. And the 225 dead lift is awesome! Good job!
thank you, she works very hard! ALL WHILE TRYING TO GET HER DOCTORS DEGREE TOO! most people couldnt handle tyring to get a doctors degree and compete in figure haha.
