creatine on cycle...

so my buddy has been complaining about having a ridiculous amount of bloat lately. hes only on test E 500mg split a week. he was having some really crazy bloat. turns out he was on a cheap as creatine too. i stopped the creatine a few days ago, he just called to tell me he is down 8 pounds and looker drier and more cut. sometimes i wonder what people think lol. i even explained to him to avoid things that will add to his bloat. got to love how people hear what they want to hear. i would imagine a better creatine, or a buffered kre-alk wouldnt have been so bad for bloat but he gets the cheapest creatine walmart has LOL

Cant speak on combining it with AAS as I haven't been on as yet, but when training natty creatine is probably the best supplement out there by a mile apart from whey protein of course. I would think AAS+creatine would be anabolic paradise, you know, where Hercules and Iron first met; where Ares bestowed the gift of test-e upon the Amazonian, a place where Bodybuilders across the galaxies rest in peace after a life of toil and sacrifice. Eternally grateful to Zeus for every gram of protein and complex carb, every ounce of EFAs in his divine Providence!

yup my exact point on the kre-alkaline. my face gets puffy as shit on any other creatine accept kre-alkaline

Also cheap creatine made in third world govt controlled "labs", contains significantly higher percentages of other material. This other material is the plastic shavings, rodent feces, etc that can be having any number of adverse effects on your body including kidney damge, liver damge, and potential GI issues. Just one of many good reasons you should buy quality supps and not just whatever is in front of you or whatever comes in under budget. You definitely get what you pay for.

Straight up creatine should not be causing any bloat. Creatine will add intracellular fluid not subcutaneous. The intracellular fluid will actually make your muscles appear and feel fuller. As you mentioned, you do have to be aware of using "lower" quality creatine. In cheaply manufactured creatine, excess sodium remains in the finished product. The sodium in this cheap product is likely the cause of any related bloat, not the creatine itself. In my opinion, using creatine on-cycle is pretty much a waste since the gains and effects you will be getting from the AAS will far overshadow anything you could expect to feel with the creatine. I find it is very useful in PCT though to help bring back a little weight and keep the muscles feeling full.
