phil113kgYeah I was just with my coach and mentor and we spoke of a subtle strategy for getting rid of the last amount of water. Some Aldacton will be used sparingly due to my already semi dry condition. No need to do some drastic contour methods. He took a good look at me today and we both agree that I am spot on at this stage of the game. No need to peak too soon. We are throwing in some Glutamine and BCAA's for this crucial point. Keeping my recuperation at top peak is very important. Strength has dropped just a bit but that is to be expected.

I was bit by the BB bug at a very young age and did my first show at 18. Now I'm 41 and the passion has never left me. I think I've entered into my prime.
And your passion shows, a lot of guys talk shit and then come up with every excuse why it didnt work but u actually back up what u say with real results, ive seen your pics from when u first joined and u have made massive progress since then, keep it up man i enjoy watching ppl succeed in this game
