Hey everyone,
First of all, thank you for allowing me use onto this forum, I appreciate it.
Here's the thing, the varsity coach of my university said before next year, to play ball with them, I need to get stronger and heavier - it's fair, I'm 6'1" and only weight 150 pounds!
This summer I am doing research with a professor and working maual labour at a 7-4 schedule, straight. I plan to work out 4 times a week, and have a routine in the making.
However, I want to supplement this with a steroid - my friend made it into the Q league after being rejected for the same reason - size.
The kicker - I'm only 19 years old.... is there anything you would recommend I supplement with at this time?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

No1I recommend food, add in a few weight gainer shakes since you obviously have a hard time getting enough calories in and as you get bigger you will naturally become hungrier and it wont be such an issue
Steroids isn't something you can just run into especially at 19 because you can seriously hurt yourself and most of the damage worth noting is irreversible.
I would recommend keep working out naturally and look into every single corner of your routine and diet for improvements to maximise your natural gains.
Also on the sideline, i would get some blood tests done to see were your testosterone levels are at, maybe there is a legitimate reason for few gains.
What happened with me was i worked out for a year with a moderate routine but poor gains. I was like "WTF??!!" So i gave up. Recently i got some bloods done, found out my test level was that of a 80yo lol.
Yup eat about 4000+ cals a day and train like a beast, your 19 you got so much natty testosterone u wont need gear... Just stay consistant with your diet and workouts and you will see results fast! Good luck

I want to stay lean though, remember. When I increase how much I eat, I dont seem to grow as much as I just put on a little fat and a little muscle.
Even so, you didnt answer my question - is their ANY product I can use? Also, you came off as quite arrogant and rude. Not a fan of that.
You can use food and mass gainer. You use steroids now, you may get tumors on your balls and a huge prostate. I have both.
I don't know man, I eat well in terms of calorie intake and macros.... I just dont know what to "fix".
You should be at least 175, if you are eating decent. I know how being skinny is. You may think your hitting 2K calories a day but I encourage you to actually count them and see where you really are. I thought I ate a lot, back when I was skinny. I was eating 1.6k calories on a good day.
Youre diet blows. Fix that and you'll be good. Nineteen is too young.
