Just started my next cycle after getting my bloodwork back.
Nutrition and Receptor Cleansing Supps have allowed me to continue to grow while waiting to launch. As you can see the stupid tendons are giving me shit again but.....This time its a lil different, I'm still pulling strong! We'll see how the new Aegis supps work.

Thanks MegaT! Yes, 215 this morning. gonna stay lean while adding size to make it easier for show prep. I tried the TB500 before but I keep stressing it and that won't let it heal I guess. Been thinking about a 4xRep routine again to stress the muscle while giving the tendons a break. We'll see.
Awesome bro! To be totally honest joint rehab by all american efx soothes my aching drywall hanging, training joints and tendons. Main ingredient is used by arthritis docs.

Oh don't you start. Mrs.Fit has a purple jacket, whenever I wear that shirt to our gym the guy at the desk says "look they even dress alike" because Mrs.Fit does the same routine. (with more weight and better form than some of the young guys) LOL ;-P
it bothers me so much when i see people training with bad form, specially the people that has been going to the gym long enough to know better.
Some people I will offer advice and if I see them there a bit and see them really trying, they appreciate it. Especially if I see its a safety issue like rounding their back on stiff leg deadlifts. Others jerking the heavier weight I just look and shake my head. You can see if they want the help and are gonna listen most times.
Wardi77Thats a hell of a way to start man! As for the tendons, I am a big fan of Salonpas Patches, I get mine at Costco, but I have also seen them at various grocery stores. I am trying to look lean, mean and vascular like you!
Thanks Wardi, is that like nitric oxide patches? Levelup mentioned those. I gotta do more research! For me getting lean and vascular was pretty easy, just nutrition control, and keeping the carbs to 50-100\d and all in by lunch (It was from a post by Viking). Putting on size like you have is gonna take me some time. But keep watching, we're looking for another 25-30 lean lbs by the Summer EBC\NPC contests!
Wardi77Salonpas are the only OTC pain relieving patches approved by the FDA. Pretty much bengay/icy hot on steroids lol. I have tried every pain relieving cream/patches out there and nothing compares to salonpas. They are very popular in Asia. Do you have "refeed" days or just maintain 50-100g carbs for a certain amount of time? I am trying to lean out before starting a Prop/NPP cycle for the past 2 weeks Ive been doing cardio before breakfast 30 mins and after weights for another 30, but my carbs do not go lower than 200g/day and no higher than 300, Im going to give 100g a day a try and see what happens. 100g a day it seems like my only carb intake will be breakfast and post workout. 50g sounds like death lol
The pain is only\mostly under load when stressed. The carbs were all the time. If I didn't have Oatmeal for breakfast I would get them in by lunch. Others carbs after that like from greens I didn't really add to that.

Not a fan of NSAIDs but some voltaren gel might give you some quick relief on your aches and pains. I've used it occassionally for some nagging pains and had good results in the past.

Thanks bro! The cutter EBC hardened me up nice. Now I'm putting some size on and still trying to keep the bf down and the vascuarity up! That way I won't have to move that much around to get show ready! Strength is up there, Incline bench last night 205x8, but couldn't come down the last 2" because of the tendon.
