Don't know if I agree with his advanced program training legs three times per week maybe twice?

If you have the time to devote to the training, diet and proper rest why not. Like Arnold says generally its not overtraining its under eating and under resting. I tried his advanced program with split workouts and all. But I know my limits, right now I'm way too busy for that so I only hit legs twice and sometimes stagger in calf exercises with every workout.

I suppose everyone us an individual, it may have worked for arny, but traing each body part three time a week, is a lot maybe that's why his shoulders lagged compared to the rest of his upper body because they never got proper rest or you could argue and say it was genetics or you could say his arm size just over powered the his shoulder, I might give it a try and see it it goes for a month or two, will be a good shock to the system

Yeah man give it a try. I was afraid that I might have been over training when I was doing splits but I kept on making gains so it worked for me.

I don't work so I can train twice a day probably train twice a day, do you reckon I follow his plan exactly? I wana bring up my arms and legs, just a bit more thickness, muscle separation has never been a problem for me, I don't drive and I have to walk everywhere I think this hasn't helped me legs grow a quick because I'm allways walking 3 to four miles a day

He knows way more than I do so I cant critique his set up. But you have to listen to your body. For an example over the summer I was working calves ED like he said he did to develop his calves. I ended up messing up my hamstring, No big problem though I just iced and heated it for a week or two and backed off the calf workout.

I personally didn't follow his program to the T I made adjustments. But hell why not follow his program his advice is solid. On the walking everywhere, your fine bro. I walk a lot also. I'm a grad student and my campus is huge. I walk at least two miles a day on campus with a heavy backpack then I do a 20-30 min workout on the stair-stepper or treadmill a day. Look at some of the guys who run marathons or ride bikes a lot those guys have fucking huge calves. And yes some are just skinny dudes but from my experience with competing in off road biking is that the better racers have big calves and quads and they also lift.

Also I just ran across this today in Papa Swole's group "Underground Secrets Of the Bobybuilding Circuit! " he has a thread on doing splits and full body workouts. You might be interested in if your plannin on doing splits.
