My diet for fat loss.

ad

I recently posted the results of some tests I had done. It was a before after thing that I'm still in the process of doing. Since I posted the results I have gotten a lot of pm's about the diet. Rather than answering all the pm's over and over with the same answer I thought it would be easier to just do it under the weight loss section and refer every one to it that has an interest.
When I first joined Eroids I asked a few questions in open forums. I was an experienced lifter and juicer but from the 80's but I was out of touch a little. Unfortunately the questions I asked in open forums never really got answered. I mainly got a lot of "your body fat is too high to use gear" and other similar statements. No harm done. I changed to asking questions in pm's instead on the few issues I had questions about. This is what my diet consisted of.

6:00 am inject 2 iu gh and all other steroids needed
8:00 am 10 boxed egg whites mixed with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup prior to cooking oatmeal
10:00 am 8 oz chicken breast and 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
11:00 am train
12:00 pm 10 boxed egg whites mixed with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2:00pm 8 oz chicken with 1 hard boiled egg whole
6:00pm 8 oz chicken breast with broccoli or spinach and 1 hard boiled egg whole
8:00pm hand full of unsalted almonds or pistachio nuts as a snack to hold over
10:00pm inject 2 iu gh then go to sleep
I used seasoning and splenda for the first two months but during the third month I am not using anything to try to drop the water I'm still holding. I did this with one cheat meal thru the whole thing. I have read that one cheat meal a week is ok but a cheat day has repercussions for 5 days. Once a week I substituted lean steak for the chicken and once a week when my family went out to eat I would order only ahi tuna. You will also notice that the carbs are cut out after the second meal. All of my cyles are posted with updates in the "my cycles" section and the before after body analysis is listed in the lab test section if anyone is curious. I know this is a very repetitive menu but unfortunately this is the only way I was able to do it. Eating sugar free this, wheat flour based that, alcohol sugar stuff, and any other substitute seemed to be a waste of time. Just make the sacrifice and get it over with. Then it's just maintainence .

I do cardio before I start my day. I think this helps keep my metabolism high and my body in fat burning mode throughout the day. I eat clean throught the day (throw some healthy fats in your day)so that my body has the fuel needed for my lifting sessions towards the late afternoon. Eat big during Dinner, refueling time after an aggressive workout. When I sleep I know I'm still burning fat. When morning PT hits I have some left over fuel I needed for my run.But before cardio, I have either two pears, or two apples a cup of green tea (Natural Fatburner) no sweetners, and 8oz glass of water 30minutes before I start any type of cardio activity. After cardio I have my second cup of green tea that continues to help flush out toxins, while continuing to burn fat throughout the day. Don't cheat yourself bro. It's all about discipline. The reward is greater in the end. Rather then what if I didn't have that cheat meal. This is a lifestyle.

I drink 10 egg whites raw with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk for meal #1 and meal #3 which meal # 3 is my post work out meal. Meal #1 also has 1/2 cup raw or 1 cup after cooking steal cut oatmeal. You can use artificial sweetener but I'm on the last 30 days and cut all the artificial sweetener out until march 31. I got 10 pounds to go.

Don't breath and try to do it in one to three swallows. Be strong bro. Don't puke.

That doesn't seem like very much variation in your diet. Chicken and eggs, they are from the came animal. You will eventually get sick of eating those things. I would want a bunch of different healthy things to eat, it is more enjoyable. You might be able to substitute the chicken for lean beef, pork, deer, elk, buffalo, or fish. I like to eat a big salad every day, it doesn't put on weight and it can be made with different ingredients, topped with meats, and various dressings for flavor.

I have eaten the same thing for over 75 days. I'm almost at my goal. But thank you for your input.

There is a 4 hr gap between 2:00 and 6:00. 4 hours without protein will be an issue for lean tissue. Your body is gonna take protein from somewhere. That 8:00PM to 8:00AM fast is troublesome also. I'd think you are gonna be losing quite a bit of lean tissue with this as well as the fat.

Well I do work and have 4 kids. It's called being a human. I'm sure when I shoot that gram of test and bunch of deca in the May bulk cycle ill get some of that lean mass back if I lost it. Btw if you look at the lab test I posted it showed I actually gained like 10 pounds of lean mass in the 75 days of the process so far. But thanks for the good advice pop. Long time no chat.

Hey man im not trying to be cocky or anything just trying to help out, take it from someone who competes that whole eat every 2-3 hours is a complete myth, its macros (calories) in vs out in a day that matter not when u eat, only protein is beneficial to spread into 4-6 meals nothing else. Because the maximum anabolic responce in a 2-3 hour time frame from protein is 40-50g. Watch layne nortons vids

Yeah I've never understood too how people still believe that myth. No disrespect meant to Gorillafit. Its just how can one think your muscle will be "burnt up" when protein in animal meat such as beef can take up to 7+ hours to digest and breakdown?...

Thanks for our input. Pops is cool. He actually told me to take my sweater off in my rear pic I posted once. The sad part is I didn't have a sweater on. I didn't even have a shirt on. But now I shave all that off and signed up for 9 laser treatments for hair removal. The first one put a major dent in the hair. Thank you again.
