+ 1 Planning introductory cycle
Hey everybody. I just joined a couple of days ago but have been researching for a few months. For the longest time, my wife had been completely against me even mentioning running a test cycle but has recently been coming around to the idea. She even mentioned helping me pin. Awesome.
Anyway, with her more or less on board, I'm starting to get serious about planning my first cycle. I've done a lot of reading and have absorbed a lot of information. I've taken in a lot of information but still have some questions.
The research I've done has pointed me to a test e only first cycle. I have no problem with this and am more than excited to get all I can from it. I've put together a rough cycle below. Please let me know if there are any weaknesses in the cycle plan.
Week 1-10 -- Test E 300mg-500mg (Haven't come to a clear decision on the dosage, suggestions welcome).
Week 1- 16 - Nolvadex 20mg (this was taken from a writeup on first cycle examples, let me know what you think on running this during the cycle as opposed to an AI).
Week 13-16 -- Clomid ??mg (what dosage would be needed if at all? This was also taken from the writeup on suggested first cycles. I know Nolva and Clomid are similar but act differently on different tissues. Are both needed or even recommended?). I'd also run a natural test booster during the PCT.
10 weeks on cycle, 2 week off before starting PCT, 4 weeks PCT.
I have not placed any orders yet, but would like to soon as it sounds like the lead times can be lengthy. However, I don't want to get ahead of myself either. I want to make sure I get exactly what I need the first time around and before I begin anything.
Finally, for now at least, when ordering pins/syringes/wipes, how do you decide what is needed? I assume a pin for every injection (maybe more as more never hurts), 1 syringe, 2 to have a backup? More than enough sterile wipes.

Weight: 186lbs
BF: 15%
Height: 69"
I've been lifting for 5 years off and on. December 2011 I began to take weight lifting more seriously and have been taking a new dedicated approach for a little over a year now. Progress has been great and still is. My diet could always improve, however I am spot on with my calories for my current goals and am doing a good job of keeping on point with my protein intake. My major downfall in my diet is meal timing. My work day is hectic and I don't always make time for the smaller meals during the day leading to fewer, larger meals. I get a lot of sleep, 7 hours minimum, 8 1/2 hour on average. My wife hates that I go to bed at 8:30, but my body loves it. I don't plan on starting my cycle until this summer or early fall. Is there anything I should do in the meantime to prepare? I know I could cut body fat and plan to do so as spring approaches and I come off my natty bulk.
I'm very excited to start the cycle, but even more excited to know before hand that I'll be doing it right.

I've been browsing the sources and it seems like stock is very volatile. I read the post on purchasing strategy in the beginners group and it suggested friend requesting/PM the owner of your selected site for more info on inventory. I have not done this yet but may as I get closer to making a purchase. I'm hesitant to for the fact that I'm sure they are plenty busy dealing with their current customers but is this the recommended way of doing things?
This is also along the same lines, since inventory seems to move so quickly and what you're looking for is often out of stock, is it advisable to order form several different sources and piece the cycle and PCT together, or do you usually get all your cycle/PCT items from one sources in one order?
If I do have to piece this together, what is the shelf life of Test e? Can I order it, let it sit for weeks or months as I find, order, wait, and receive the rest of the cycle/PCT?
Sorry if this sounds like a ramble, just been on my mind as I've been running back and forth about how I want to go about this whole steroid thing.

I just wanted to say thank you all for the responses. Work has actually been busy so far this week and I haven't had time to process all the great info you all have suggested so far. I did check out the beginner forum and plan to soak it all up. This site is awesome and the community is very helpful. Again, thanks everyone!
AnonI wouldnt run nolva through out cycle.... but i would start aromasin week 3@ 6.25 per day all the way into pct or 12.5 eod.... i always thought aromasin was better ed.... but some go eod.....you gotta see what works better for you
I would hold off on the aromasin and see how his body reacts to the test first, at a low dose an AI may not be needed but I would have it on hand just in case. No sense putting more shit in your body if it's not needed.

Anonthis is probably the closest i've seen someone put together a first cycle without experience and i commend you on it. still need a little work, but i have the perfect layout that will benefit you perfectly:

the taper is designed to allow for a more gradual decline in serum levels as the longer ester begins to fade. it's the sudden decrease or increase that causes the unwanted sides, so this helps to offset them. to prepare yourself for the frequent pinning, you'll want to start rotating the sites with the twice weekly pins of enanthate. this will give the muscles time to start acclimating before more frequent pinning required by the prop.

+1 bro, Great job on all that research, there's a group you can join,(beginners cycles) dossier31 made a great group for ppl like me n u that r new to this, http://www.eroids.com/users/dossier31 that's his page, i recommend u add him (i know dossier won't mind he loves to help lol ) as for ur cycle, what i would do in my first cycle, well what i did was the following,
Weeks 1-12 Test e @500mg a week (pin 2x a week)
Weeks 3-end of pct aromasin(exemestane)
2weeks after last pin start pct
Clomid @100mgs for weeks 1&2 of pct then 50mgs for week 3&4
Nolva @ 20mgs for week 1&2 of pct, then 10mgsfor week 3&4
You can also add test p for those two weeks you have to take off, weeks 13-15, didn't so i wouldn't gave to take eod pins
As for pins, u def. Only use each pin once. Get alcohol swabs, its easy like that, and there are some good sources here that sell really cheap pins, by the hundreds for pennies, better have some left over
