Supp guys... So im on a Test E and Deca cycle and i have 4 weeks left and my face looks like a fucking melon! Lol...ive bin doing cardio 3xs a week 30-45 min throuhout cycle but i guess thats not helping..my caloric intake is about 4000+ a day so maybe its that? Im at 14% body fat... Im taking aromasin 12.5mg EOD.. What do u guys reccomend to bring down that bloat? Should i up my AI, do more cardio or BOTH?... My diet IMO is on point for this bulker and i dont wanna bring down my calories now but i really wanna get rid of this bloat in my face.
Plz help...lol

I would have to run both Clen and T3?
There is a post on this site about a 22 yo that had a couple of heart attacks.His doctor said it was from the thyroid meds he was taking.
careful with that shit man...clen and thryoid drugs are no joke.
True that bro my bros all compete and like 2 of them had gone to the ER from T3 and Clen for prepping for a show.... Maybe i would consider only clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off but thats about it.... I'll really start those once ima prep for my first show in a year.
yep, t3 and clen...I always hear stuff like that. My trips to the ER ended the better part of a decade ago, albeit it was from other lifestyle choices, healthy and/or unhealthy...but I would rather not have to visit the ER again.

I never fuct with clen, BUT I have tried some thryoid shit..and to me it is SHIT...I don't need it and it does NOT agree with me, my metabolism and thyroid function just fine without stuff like that. Just give me some ol' fashion cardio and maybe the GH helps, LOL!!!

yeah, well thanks for the compliment but the diet is still hard as hell. all the stuff I know and preach about, and it is still the hardest to pull off. I got one of those metabolisms where if I don't play it just right when trying to cut fat, then I will end up burning off several pounds of hard-earned muscle too. That's pretty much why I run a lean bulk year round, and then just cut for several months slow and steady...ease into it and be gentle, lol. How does that sound?!??!
As for the GH...it's a real cheat I think, and it is making a world of difference for me. Just looking for some of the water to start shedding off from the long esters right now and then we'll really see!!
scootertrampYour thinking is right on track. Losing gains because early food errors is very frustrating. I'd rather put a slow n steady 8-10lbs than watch mass disappear.
How long have you been running the deca?I was going to run npp for 12 weeks.I just stopped after 8 weeks.I put on 25 pounds in 8 weeks.Right now I'm 17 pounds heavier than I've ever been.Nandrolone bulks you up big time.I am not overly bloated,but after 3 weeks,I started doing cardio everyday.30-40 minutes on workout days and 60-70 minutes on non workout days.I still gained weight the whole time.
Im on week 10, its a 14 week bulker so im- drop Deca week 12.... Hey would my bloat go a lil more down once deca is dropped?

It'll take a couple weeks for the deca to clear.Once it has cleared the bloat should go down.Deca is a very suppressive steroid.At your age,it may not be in your best interest to run it so long.

Been running Aro EOD on my last 4 cycles and never had any estro problems... But maybe if i Take it daily it would reduce bloat would it?

scootertrampDifferent compounds may for you require different dosing. If I'm on short Esters i have to adjust more than long ester cycles. Might even lower your deca if its getting too watery.
Deca and Test is impossible to combat bloat entirely. Huge strength comes with water gain. You really need to look at everything you eat for sodium. Also is there any alcohol in your diet the past week? If so that will make you swell up like a tic!

Not much i think? Lol... All i eat is whole eggs,plain oatmeal with 1 splenda,sweet potatos,chicken breast,tilapia,brocholi,and white rice..and protien shakes of course.. I eat about 6-8 meals a day. Does it seem like im taking alot of sodium in??
