Hardest part of bulking is CARBS , What is your trick for that>?

i am 260 LB and i need at least 600 Carbs in a day .. I most of the time get problem with getting enough carbs in my diet what is your trick for getting enough carbs durring a day !

eat some cliff bars, mojos, power bars and bananas. I can eat a shit ton of those and there usually only a buck a piece.
AnonEat hot cereal cream of rice two servings will yield 72g of carbs, also two shakes with two cups of oats in both shakes will give you 110g of carbs per shake, two cups of rice (white or brown) 72g of carbs, and three potatoes will put you at about 90g of carbs, these are just complext carbs. I usually throw in a couple peanut butter sandwiches or you ezkiel bread....500g of carbs
I feel I could easily without fail munch through probably 1,000g in carbs a day. I might even do it on a cheat day to see. Unfortunately im on 150g or less per day on this cut and its god damn awful. I am jealous of you bulkers. What are you eating for carbs?
bread, pasta, cereal, fruits, veggies, potatoes, rice, beans stuff like that
drinks contribute a lot too. A tall glass of grape juice is 60-80g carbs

Do you have any instant oats you could put in your protein shakes ( that you should probably be putting like 500ml full fat milk in lol. That will shoot the carbs up. Your workouts must be through the roof with that much energy, damn.
Pasta is like 45 grams per serving I beleive a box is 8 servings. Thats 200 carbs. I eat fruit/granola bars from the healfood store for about 40 carbs per bar. Bread is high in carbs. Gatorade as well.
I at 200-210 lbs and I eat 700 carbs when bulking lol you are 50 lbs heavier than me so I'd say you need alot more than 600
rice is good a bowl of rice is like 80g carbs. Grape juice is good - 50g of carbs. Fruits are okay, veggies are pretty low carbs a bowl of green beans or broccoli is like 4-6g carbs.
one that will help you A LOT and not fill you up is raisins. Get those little red boxes they are somewhere around 40-50g carbs and you can eat that and not feel full at all.
potatoes are good
pasta. spagetti all that good stuff bread will help you with your carbs

When I'm bulking I'm not worried about fat. I have a fast metabolism anyways I can burn fat easily. Mass goes easier than it comes, so when you are bulking you should be focused on PACKING MASS. You cant do that on a low carb diet.
It's not the end of the world if a little fat is accumulated in a bulking diet because you will have so much more muscle. More muscle = more calorie burning. remember having more muscle increases your daily caloric need. You burn more fat by holding more muscle since your body is working harder to maintain the muscle. That's also why there is a thing called cutting - to get rid of your fat gained from bulking...
In the long run a full on bulking diet with huge gains will result in more mass gained even after a cutting cycle and you drop all the fat you will be left with more muscle which is our goal.
You can spend years eating a clean diet but if you aren't in the high carb range it's gonna take you forever to meet your goals unless you wanna be a skinny bicycle rider physique
castroajYeah u should worry,, Carbs while u bulking go Your weight multiply 2 .. U are going multiply 4 ! Otherwise you may gonna look like weightlifter than bodybuilder ..
by the way I do not look like a weightlifter. I been skinny as bones all my life. I have hyperthyroidism and a really fast metabolism as well as I'm active constantly. Hardgainer.
Now 600-700g carbs for my weight is a little high but for me it works. however if you are not a fatass with slow metabolism you will respond well to high carb use as well in a bulking diet.
maybe if you have a slow ass metabolism. and are inactive all day
but I like to do 300g protein, 600-700g carbs, and 150 fats. The extra carbs helps your body because carbs are what your body goes to immediately for energy. If there is not enough carbs your body breaks down protein to use for energy. leaving less protein for muscle building.
that is why carbs are important. at 260lbs 600g+ carbs will keep your body from breaking down excessive amounts of protein for energy. Which should be your goal while bulking. The carbs will be mostly used up for energy. a little excess is fine, its stored as glycogen and helps supply atp for your body. with the glycogen excess, protein is used to repair muscle exclusively.

mass-tech.. has 179 grams of good carbs in one serving with skim milk.70grams protien and it taste great.only 3 grams sugar without milk.

i know but it works when you just dont have the time or food prepared,i made a jug or cooler of it and just drank it threwout the day and after i worked out

looks good but IMO anything that goes in your mouth at one time you got to get in at least 30g protien,not much time in the day to mess around with carb only drinks.you need at least 375grams a day to grow.i would stay away from the temptation of simple carbs of fruit and drinks,youll gain fat easily and could go out of control.
