Update since 1st Jan 2013: Well eating clean, upping my weights and busting a gut I've lost 11inches and 4lb. Got my bodyfat down to 19% so today I've started my 3rd cycle of Anavar.
Starting at 7.5mg a day. The reason for this is they are 15mg tablets. Going to keep with this for 1 week, then increase to my 15mg for 2 weeks, 20mg for 2 weeks. Then taper down the last 3 weeks. Planning on doing an 8 week cycle.
Going stick with the clean eating. Up my protein and fuids. Add 1 day cardio on a fasting stomach. Currently 3 days weight training and 2 spin classes.
Will continue to keep you posted.

LOL AT YOU ALL.
In my spin we're never on the seat and its for 50mins with good stretch @ the end. Just been told I have an extra class this week so I may up my protein and eat a little more..............Heavy lifting today and I fear I may have pulled a muscle!!! Not good but back in for double classes on Tues and 1 being Pump!!!! So heres hoping I'm recovered.
I'm still in the beginner class :-(
Keep at it. You'll learn to love it. Great first thing in morn on an empty stomach.
Nice job girl. Keep up the hard work. I started a spin class last week and its kicking my ass. I don't see how you girls are able to just knock that stuff out like that. I'm trying to increase my endurance levels and I think it will definitely help. Im the only guy in the class and a lot of the girls pic on me. I kind of like the attention :-)
it is brutal! also makes my junk go numb which is not cool
Lol I'm glad I'm not the only guy admitting to it. The seat tries to violate me. I'm gonna take a cushion next time.
lol...yea the wife got me to do it a few times with her but after a couple days of having 2 hours after with no feeling i dropped it. a pad is def a good idea if you are going to keep doin it
