What are your goals?

This is a community of people helping each other and by the way the best on the net. But we all have different goals.Take me for example, I will never be 210 lbs I have a thin frame and am genetically dis positioned to be lean and I have accepted this fact. So I go for full muscle development rather than mass when I am on a cycle. Each compound has different effects so picking the right ones for your goals is extremely important. So when you post a cycle you are planning post your goals also so we can give you the best advice possible to help you reach your goals.

My goals, I'm currently 210 and 13%bf, 6ft tall. I'd like to be 230 and 8%. But something tells me once I hit 230 I will want to get to 240 lol. We will see how it goes. I just want 20 or 22inch arms, a ripped 6 pack, and I want to see the teardrop in my legs. I am pretty happy with my quad size I just wanna see more definition. I have a tall frame, ectomorph, fast metabolism and hyperthyroid so I always have trouble putting size on its a constant battle. I don't put fat on much at all unless I try really hard

That's what happens mate! I said that about 220, then 230, just hit 240 and now guess what, I want 250lbs. Then I'm happy. Or maybe 260, 270lbs lol. It's one of the things we all tend to have in common, a constant desire to improve our physiques.

I think the difference in goals here is what makes this place. We have such a variety of people we end up with rounded opinions and advice that are not just the same old parrot fashion bodybuilding forums chat.

Damn you a pretty big dude tho 240. I see you have (or HAD) a similar bodytype as me - 6ft tall, and over 200 and close to same BF. Once you got 225 how long did it take to get to 235?

i wanna get into the best shape possible this year and make 200lbs lean im not as dedicated and consistant as id like to be esp with diet off cycle so thats where i fail big time ,this year im more confident of seeing things through and get the consistancy i need ,gotta get myself on here more and surround myself with this lifestyle

Agree 125%!!!! Always loved never getting picked on at alll an still penetrating females like Alex Rodriguez but It would be cool to have that real ripped look to be on that Hugh Hefner level with the hoes!

I agree about picking the right compounds ,....to a certain degree. I am like you. I have a small compact frame. 5' 10" ecto morph. I got up to 208lbs at one point and it was just too much weight for my body to handle. I don't know if its my slender bone structure or smaller tendons but I just can't carry it. So 200lbs is my max. An advantage I have over bigger guys is I don't put on any body fat. My body burns it up like a furness, even in the winter. I have to take in so many calories to maintain my weight. But back to the compounds. I believe that I can achieve anything I want no matter the choice in compounds. What I mean is, I can cut or tone using Deca. Where most others would never dream of doing this. I could do a Deca/test/dbol stack and cut with it. I believe anyone can. The compound choices are less important than your diet when it comes to hitting goals. With all that said, my goal is to get back to 200lbs (10lbs to go) and then work on strengthening my skeletal muscle, tendons, and anything else that would support heavy muscle. Maybe hgh is the key. Maybe it isn't. We shall see. The journey is the fun part.

Hey bro I can relate. I'm ecto but I also ran a test/deca/dbol/drol cycle and I got ripped!!! Funny because I was thinking I'll just get huge and puffy. I had my ancillaries at proper dose so I did not experience very much bloat at all and I had no abs before and when the cycle was done my abs were completely visible. I also gained 12+lbs from the whole cycle by the end of pct. It was supposed to be a bulk I ate dirty as hell but overall I went from 15-16% bf to 12 lol.

We one the same boat. I'm a extreme hectomorph & my metabolism stays runnning full throtle and is hard as phuck for me to gain some size dont matter how much i eat. I wanna be as heavy as 195 but leans as phuck. Once i get to that goal then i will work on my other goal, phuck all the girls at my local gym...
