AnonI know the feeling jOn...once you order, prepare to be pestered to leave all 100's! Once I changed my delivery rating after not receiving part of my package after 40 days and being told that a replacement wouldnt be sent out until I waited until 60 days, he offered me a discount on the condition that I change my rating. IMO you should help your customers and not expect anything in return, but do so bc you know its the right thing to do.

And when will the rest of my order be shipped? your site says 24 hours after 1st shipment....its been longer
