Best way I found of warmin my gear was to put a mug in the microwave on high w 2 inches of water in it and heat on high for to min then set pin on top of mug with gear in it for 20 or 30 sec steam does some wonders I never have pip at all I got all my buddies doing it that way now n they love it
2 things:
1) NEVER PUT YOUR FUCKING GEAR NEAR WATER. You wanna warm it on the stove either throw it right on there with a pin to relieve pressure if you have electric, if you have has throw the vial in a pan and put that on the stove. You don't need the damn water.
2) it's not a bad crimp job like someone suggested before. It's what happens if your gear falls in water, it's not meant to happen. What you can TRY is putting it in the oven at ~200 for an hour or two with pin in the top. Give it some time afterwords, few hours and see if it goes back to cloudy.
Lol, you have such a delicate way of getting your point across. Quite refreshing.
I'm not one to sugar coat and powder asses as I go
I tell it how I would tell it in real life
Was the vial open?
How hot was the water dude!?
You only need tap water hot
scootertrampSounds like a bad crimp.
scootertrampQuite amusing actually how human grade vials with a TIGHT PROPER CRIMP never have a problem. Yet, half of the underground labs with HAND CRIMPERS do. If you can easily turm the crimp and rubber plug then you have a CRAP CRIMP job. Hahaha
Run the hot water over the barrel for a min or so
If that isn't good nuff get better gear with better oils better viscosity
I imagine some time within that last shot you introduced the bacteria into the vial during your injection procedure
So be careful
And Clean the area where you set up
Wash you hands before you start
Swab the vial and the skin site with alcohol
Alway use a new single use needle of 22-25g
And 1 -1.5 inches Length
I injected on Wednesday after heating my EQ up, its been more than 48 hours, it looked clear then,,,is it possible that I injected contaminated EQ even though it looked clear????? how long does it take for infection to show???!! and the symptoms????...worried as hell now, never thought about that...
shit guys, I wasn't gonna post this and was gonna use the vial again, its great that I posted on here, I'll toss it, im half way thru it anyway, screw that $40, i ll get a new one...you saved my ass guys. thanks
I never heat my vials. Ever. Whats the point?? If its too thick use a 23G
Only time you should heat it is if it crashes
Warming the oil makes the pinning process much smoother. I can easily push through a 27G pin when I heat it up prior to injecting. Reduces pip as well. A trick I learned while experimenting with pellet conversion.
I'm the same never heated my gear. My thoughts on it are, if your recomended to store out of light and at room temp how can heating it up repeatable and letting it cool be good? I could be completely wrong here this is just an assumption I have. ALSO if your going to heat it up why not use a heating pad?
SwolePatrole7Reduces pip dramatically..im pinning prop right now and if i dont heat it, im sore as shit the next day, warmer oil has higher viscosity, therefore it is thinner and flows better, this makes it distribute throughout the muscle better.
ohh I don't get pip. lol My oil stays room temp so I don't need to heat it. I use a 23G needle and it goes through perfect never had issues.
yes i pin prop in my delts after I heated it up,,,zero pip,,especially if I do a shoulder/chest workout after
StevebFrom now on just heat the syringe with a blow dryer. Make sure to leave the cap on while you do it.
I wouldn't do that. The syringe is plastic. You really wanna heat that? Heat the vial with a blow dryer before drawing
StevebDidn't think of that, I started heating the bottle with a ceramic heater.
mr127superdeehow did water get inside the vial? did you have a pin in the top?
SwolePatrole7Bacteria is composed of micro organisms..even if water didnt get through the plunger and into the vial, the bacteria still could have, therefore throw it out and find a new safer way to heat your gear..it happened to me before trying to heat it that way and it fell right into the water, idk if it got contaminated or not but its just simply not worth the risk of having to go to the ER..splurge 35-50$ and get a new vial, duhh
mr127superdeewait please hang with me here so your say if a drop of water gets on the rubber stopper of the vial bacteria can get inside the vial?
SwolePatrole7Yeah if a tiny drop seeps into that vial, and it contains bacteria you're fucked
mr127superdeewow who wouldve known those "stoppers" cant "stop" something like that... thanks swolepatrole7 thanks eroids lol I learn something new everyday literally
scootertrampCloudy unfortunatly is very different than crystalized. Sorry sir.
I used to make a natural insecticide called "White oil". It's basically water and oil mixed (with a few other things). It looks just as you describe. I would say your "opaque white" EQ is sure as shit contaminated. I also heat my oils and up until earlier this week I used Boiling water. I would swirl the BOTTOM of the vial to warm the oil. Someone suggested this was an uneccessary risk of contamination. Your post proves him right. Next time use a blow dryer. I say toss that shit. I wouldn't say it's very safe to use
Yea that guy was right. never thought of that before today
Hold on! Where do you live? Is it cold as shit outside as in 18 degrees or so? Do you keep your gear close to the floor? Remember your house is not as warm as the thermostat says all over. You changed the constitution a little when you heated it and than put it in a cooler environment that could be the reason. Reheat it in the water again and see if it clears up. Then decide to throw it away or not.
SwolePatrole7Lol are u serious, read the thread he just said he's "pretty sure water got in the vial" wow why would you even take a chance, that shit is not a joke. All tap water contains bacteria! His gear didnt crash, its cloudy looking, not crystallized..genius
ditto
SwolePatrole7If its not damaged as far as effectiveness, you can bet it contains some form of bacteria, throw it away, i know it sucks, but having to go to the hospital to get surgery on a bacterial infection suck more!
